Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Overstays by arrangement only @ £45 per night
Winter long lets over the months of December, January and February by arrangement with owners and negotiable prices.
Only persons 25 years old may apply for all lets, please supply references for long lets. Deposits apply and cancellation charges apply. Owner reserves the right to change prices at short notice. Long stay rentals by arrangment in winter - £480 pcm.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible but arrival times are 1600 hours and after, and departing times are by 1100 hours. Keys will be handed to guests by House Manager on arrival and collected on departure.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
The owners would prefer guests to restrict smoking to outdoors. Children should be supervised around the pool area.
Cots and baby equipment can be hired, car seats for babies can also be hired. Car hire can be arranged. A wall safe is there for your convenience and peace of mind.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Infinity (overflowing) pool, underwater lighting, not heated, 8x12 m, tiled. Garden furniture, white tables and chairs round pool, teak furniture and umbrellas on West side of villa. Umbrellas and sunloungers with mattresses and shed by the pool.

Coast/Beach
Most beaches are reached by car within 10 minutes. Special beaches where turtles are watched are further but worth the travelling. Some beaches are further up the "pan-handle" and worth visiting.

Golf
Korineum Golf and Country Club 10 minutes by car from Villa

Travel
Ercan (Nicosia) airport is half and hour's drive, car hire essential. Larnaca airport in South Cyprus is about a 2 hour drive. CTA airlines fly into Ercan, BA and other charter flights fly into Larnaca, Pafos. Fuel reasonably inexpensive.

Distances
Kyrenia(Girne) is approx 2.5 miles West of villa. Ozankoy Village is about one mile up a hill towards Belapais Abbey, which is where the Tree of Idleness is situated, many ruined monastries along karpasia Penninsular are worth a visit.

Further details
Pounds Sterling is legal tender. English is spoken and supermarkets are well stocked with familiar and local delicacies.Fruit and vegetables are good. It is advisable to drink bottled water and make ice from bottled water at all times. Banks and shops accept British pounds, we have listed restaurants in the Villa User Book. Try local food, it is usually good.
