Villa Opp ‘Ali is a luxury built detached bungalow, set in delightful countryside with orange and lemon groves immediately outside. It is situated about 27 miles from Ercan Airport, 8 miles from Kyrenia (Girne) and about a mile from the beach. This villa is spacious and furnished to a high standard to ensure a ‘home from home’ experience. Private swimming pool: The private overflow swimming pool (12x6m) has a Roman End with steps leading into the shallow end which is separated from the deep end by a dividing wall making this pool ideal with families with small children and non swimmers. There are chairs stored in the garage as well as sun beds, mattresses and umbrellas for use around the pool. Sun terrace and brick built BBQ: From the front patio there are stairs leading up to a sun terrace with barbeque and patio table. This year we have added a ramp to enable disabled visitors to manage the outside steps. Perfect for children with shallow end to pool!

Notes on prices
The above prices are based on 4 people per week. Please add £50 per person per week for additional guests. Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. When bookings overlap on two price categories, prices will be calculated and pro-rated accordingly to the month in which they fall. Call us now for long winter lets November - March.
Changeover day
To ensure everyone’s stay is a pleasant & enjoyable one, we ask that you vacate our villa by 10.00a.m. on the date of departure. To give enough time for the Villa to be cleaned & the inventory checked, you can check in to the Villa from 2.00p.m. onwards

| Kitchen: | Open plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, cooker rings (3 gas + 1 electric) plus a fan assisted oven. There is also a microwave and fridge freezer. All necessities in the kitchen ie. kettle, toaster plus ample china, cutlery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Has a washing machine with cupboard over containing shower mats, iron etc. There is also a chest containing blankets, towels, sun-bed towels and spare bed sheets. |
| Living Rooms: | Air conditioned a fully centrally heated (for the comfort of Winter guests). The lounge is semi-circular tastefully decorated with feature fireplace and CD player/radio, TV for a wide range of DVDs for the player overlooking the gardens via patio doors. |
| Other: | We have also recently adapted the Villa to accommodate wheelchair access if needed. A wide range of poolside inflatables are also available for your use during your stay. |

Ample towels and sun bed towels(for use around the pool area only) and linen supplied/included, property cleaned in between holiday lets clean linen changed after 1st week. Welcome pack on arrival,i.e eggs, butter, bread, milk, tea/coffee and bottle wine. |

Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned, suitable for children & non swimmers with shallow end separated by wall! Radio/CD player with excellent range of CD's also TV for DVDs. A bookcase with a substantial amount of books. Arrival and Departure times. To ensure everyone’s stay is a pleasant and enjoyable one, as possible, we ask that you vacate our villa by 10am on the date of departure. Equally to give enough time for the Villa to be cleaned and the inventory checked, you will not be able to check in to the Villa until 2.00p.m. onwards – both are local time. We have a lady who maintains the villa and is on hand to help if the occasion arises.
Accessibility
We have recently adapted the accessways to enable wheelchair access due to a request from one of our visiting families last year.
Outside
Beautifully landscaped gardens with citrus trees - the garden has been professionally landscaped and is regularly maintained with blossoming bourgonvillia and citrus trees (to name but a few!).We have added a comfortable Ratton Suite for you to relax with a glass of wine and to watch the sun go down. Coast/Beach
Near to Alsancak is the Escape Beach, a beautiful sandy beach, clean & well protected making it an ideal location for children (small fee is required). Situated on the Karpaz Peninsular are additional sandy beaches with crystal clear warm waters. Another popular family beach is Deniz Kizi, a variety of water sports are on offer here, incl: windsurfing, parascending, water skiing & inflatable fun rafts for children. Jet skis available for hire.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses within driving distance from the Villa. 2 mens sets of golf clubs plus one set for ladies available for your use. There is a championship course Korineum G.C. which is just before Essentepe takes about 45 minutes. Also Cenzil Topel at Lefke takes about 50 minutes and is an interesting drive through villages and countryside.This is a 9 hole course by the sea.
Travel
Flights are available from most major UK Airports. The most popular route is either to Larnaca South Cyprus or Ercan, North Cyprus. To Larnaca the direct flight takes approx 4 hours - only available from May to October. To Ercan the flight takes six hours, including a stop in Istanbul, Turkey.
We would be happy to arrange transfers to and from the airports and/or car hire for you using the local Taxi company. Car hire companies can be recommended to you should you require.
Distances
Alsancak is a beautiful tranquil village nestled in the foothills of the mountains. From pine clad mountains to fertile plain Alsancak is home to some of the most popular holiday accommodation on the island. There is a Water Park at Lapta about 1 mile from villa just behind Lapethos Hotel.

The village itself has several popular Turkish Cypriot Restaurants serving a variety of local dishes & fine wines including mezes whilst listening to the sounds of the traditional folklore! The newly opened local supermarket, Atakara, offers a wide range of food and household supplies with friendly staff willing to help.
If you wish to travel by Dolmus (local bus), they offer a frequent service from the main road which is approx. 500 yds from Villa Opp'Ali offering a cheap mode of transport.

There are many bars, restaurants and cafes that make the Kyrenia harbour a place for evening entertainment and leisure.

We will send you a booking form and once you have returned the booking form to us with a 25% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed in writing.We do ask for £100 refundable breakages deposit. We will not hold provisional reservations for longer that 10 days from initial enquiry.
Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis especially during peak season. The balance is payable 30 days before the start of your holiday.
