This beautiful villa is on a small gated development and has easy access to all amenities, including the local shops and a variety of excellent restaurants for eating out. It is fully equipped to a high standard for your maximum enjoyment, pleasure and safety. The villa benefits from its own private pool, removable pool safety fence and walled garden. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as sun loungers to take full advantage of the rays. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Optional extra peace of mind is available with the addition of the pool safety fence. There is also a safe in the property for your valuables. Please note that no smoking is permitted inside the property at any time. Thank you.

Discounts are available for long lets of one month or more. Please contact us for more information. Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.
Changeover day
Arrival/departure days are flexible. Generally arrival is from 4pm and departure at 11am but this may be flexible depending on arrival of following guests.
You will be met at the villa or airport on arrival to show you the ropes and help you settle in.

Towels and linen are included in the price. The property will be cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have a dual air conditioning/heating system to achieve the perfect temperature. Blackout blinds are fitted to keep the rooms cool in the heat of the day and to ensure a good nights sleep. Although the villa has 2 bedrooms with twin beds, these can be pushed together if required.
Cot, high chair and pushchair can be hired for a small additional charge. With the addition of the pool safety fence you can have peace of mind whilst relaxing on the terrace, knowing your children cannot accidentally fall into the pool.
No smoking is permitted in the villa at any time. If your group size is bigger than 6 please contact us as we may be able to arrange additional rental of a neighbouring villa for you.

Outside
The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind. Amy's Place has its own private walled garden with gated access on a small gated development. Whilst the majority of the garden is paved, it is has a vibrant mixed border. The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool to splash away the days in the sunshine. If you prefer to relax whilst keeping a keen eye on the children, there are sun loungers plus a large table and chairs for 6 and of course a BBQ so you can enjoy alfresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just 2 minutes away on foot.
Our EU regulation pool safety fence will give you additional peace of mind and keep your children safe as you relax. It can easily be removed if you have no children in your party.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 2 minute walk. This is a pebble beach with a sandy beach available a further 10 min walk along the beautiful headland, or around the shoreline. Plenty of other beaches are accessible by short drive. There is also a large beach and marina in Larnaca 15 mins drive from the villa.
Special interest holidays
Amy's Place is the venue for 'Stress Buster Get Away', a health and well-being programme focused entirely on you. If you want to lose weight, kick start a fitness programme you'll enjoy and have the right attitude to succeed then this is the get away for you. The week will be jam packed with activities from aqua aerobics and beach games to daily workshops covering a range of topics from goal setting to procrastination. In addition you will be learning about healthy eating and the benefits of juicing as you enjoy freshly prepared juice and salads using only the freshest local produce. One to one coaching sessions and massage treatments are also available to further revitalise and re-energise yourself. This week is for anyone serious about taking time out for themselves and allows everyone to participate as much or as little as they want. Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 10 min drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is not necessary if planning a truly relaxing holiday by the pool and strolling on the beach. If you would like to get out and explore the island a little then car hire is recommended. This can be arranged in advance from a variety of companies at the airport, or on a daily basis from a local company in Pervolia which can be arranged by our managing agent who will meet you on arrival.
Distances
The nearest mini-market shop stocking all your basic requirements from milk and cereal to charcoal and wine, is a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk from the villa. The centre of Pervolia with its tavernas and shops is 1.5 miles away, so a very short drive or leisurely stroll. A wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants is available 7 miles away in Larnaca. Our manager - Teresa - is just a phone call away to point you in the right direction if there is something specific you need.

Booking notes
A provisional booking may be made by email or telephone. This will be held for 7 days to allow receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by cheque or BACS. The balance payment is to be made by cheque or BACS a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 3 weeks of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
