This beautiful, child friendly villa is on a small gated development with easy access to all amenities, including the local shops, a wide selection of excellent restaurants and the all important beach. It is fully equipped to a high standard for your maximum enjoyment, pleasure and safety. The villa sits within a walled garden ensuring child safety and benefits from its own private pool which has a removable pool safety fence, perfect for families with babies and toddlers. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as sun loungers to take full advantage of the rays. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do for all ages. There is also a safe in the property for your valuables and a travel cot and highchair are available. Please note that no smoking is permitted inside the property at any time. Thank you.

Prices are for the property for 7 nights in UK Pounds.
Discounts are available for long lets of one month or more. Please contact us for more information. Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.
We are happy to accept payment in euro. Please ask for details and rates.
Changeover day
Arrival/departure days are flexible. Generally arrival is from 4pm and departure at 11am but this may be flexible depending on arrival of following guests.
You will be met at the villa on arrival to show you the ropes and help you settle in.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have a dual air conditioning/heating system to achieve the perfect temperature. Blackout blinds are fitted to keep the rooms cool in the heat of the day and to ensure a good nights sleep or afternoon nap. Although the villa has 2 bedrooms with twin beds, these can be pushed together if required.
A cot and high chair are available for use if you want to save on luggage.
With the addition of the pool safety fence you can have peace of mind whilst relaxing on the terrace, knowing your children cannot accidentally fall into the pool. Perfect for families with young children. No smoking is permitted in the villa at any time. If your group size is bigger than 6 please contact us as we may be able to arrange additional rental of a neighbouring villa for you.
Outside
The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind. Amy's Place has its own private walled garden with gated access on a small development. Whilst the majority of the garden is paved, it is has a vibrant mixed border. The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool to splash away the days and keep cool in the sunshine. If you prefer to just kick back and relax there are sun loungers plus a large table and chairs for 6 and of course a BBQ so you can enjoy alfresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just 2 minutes away on foot.
Our EU regulation pool safety fence will give you additional peace of mind and keep your children safe as you relax. It can easily be removed if you have no children in your party.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 2 minute walk. This is a pebble beach with a sandy beach available a further 10 min walk along the beautiful headland, or around the shoreline. Plenty of other lovely beaches and coves are accessible a short drive away along the coast. There is also a large beach and marina in Larnaca 15 mins drive from the villa.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within a 30-45 minute drive of the villa. Fees vary so it is wise to check and book before arrival.
Special interest holidays
Previous guests have enjoyed a variety of activities from cycling to bird watching, scuba diving to hiking. There is a folder full of information about activities, sports and places to visit for all ages in the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 10 min drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is not an absolute necessity if planning a truly relaxing holiday by the pool and strolling on the beach. However, if you would like to get out and explore the island, or if you have very young children who don't enjoy walking very far, then car hire is recommended. This can be arranged in advance from a variety of companies at the airport.
Distances
The nearest mini-market shop stocking all your basic requirements is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The centre of Pervolia with its tavernas and shops is 1.5 miles away, so a very short drive or leisurely stroll. A wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants is available 7 miles away in Larnaca. Our manager is just a phone call away to point you in the right direction if there is something specific you need.

Booking notes
A provisional booking may be made by email or telephone. This will be held for 7 days to allow receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by cheque or BACS. The balance payment is made by cheque or BACS a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 1 week of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages. We can accept payment in Euro.

The villa is very much a family affair and we've furnished it in a way that we hope will feel like a home from home so that you can settle in to your holiday very quickly and easily.
