Villa Stavroulla has been beautifully furnished and equipped to offer a high standard of accommodation. The villa is air-conditioned and centrally heated It has a large private pool which can be heated in low season (surcharge). It stands on a larger than average plot, with a separate lawned area set away from the pool. It is located about a mile from the centre of Coral Bay which is lined with shops and a variety of bars and restaurants, offering a choice of Cypriot and international cuisine. The wonderful sandy beach provides warm shallow waters and numerous water sports. Paphos is a short drive away, where historical sites and a livelier nightlife may be found.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day but Sunday or Wednesday preferred in high season. Guests are requested to vacate the villa by 11am on the day of departure.

Accessibility
Three small stairs lead up to the front door, accessing the main living area. The lower level and garden can be reached down the sloping driveway.
Outside
On entering the property through the Cypriot stone built arch, you will be greeted by a pretty front garden with a wealth of tropical flowering plants. There is a table and chairs here for catching the early morning sunshine. The villa has extensive landscaped gardens with lawns and fruit trees. The 10x5m tiled swimming pool is set on a large terrace overlooking banana plantations, vines and the sea beyond. The pool can be heated (gas boiler) at an extra charge. There is a brick built BBQ and kleftico oven, a stone bar with fridge and sink and a large wooden pergola providing a shaded area, offering all that is required for alfresco dining. This area is fully furnished with dining table and chairs as well as sunbeds, umbrellas and bar stools. Steps (gated) leading down from the poolside take you to a lower garden overlooking the ravine, this fenced in area is laid to grass and surrounded by hibiscus plants.
Coast/Beach
The large blue flag beach of Coral bay is just 2km away. The gently sloping sands offer an ideal location for young families, whilst the water sports centre gives opportunity to the more energetic holiday makers.
Golf
For those interested in golf, Coral Bay is an ideal location for Tsada Golf Club, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley Golf Club.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountain Range is a 2 hour drive away. The highest peak is Mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are 4 main slopes all with lifts, from beginner to advance. Skiing lasts from January through to April allowing you to ski in the morning and be back for a swim in the afternoon! In the summer Troodos provides breathtaking walks with magnificent views surrounded by Cypress trees. For more information please contact owner for details.
Special interest holidays
Paphos, an UNESCO world heritage site, is the ancient capital of Cyprus and fishing port and the birthplace of Aphrodite. The ancient sites can be visited and the harbour provides a tranquil setting for the infamous sundowner and alfresco dining. There are numerous PADI diving centres located near the port.
Travel
Paphos International airport is about a 30 min drive away. Larnaca International airport is about 1 hour 30 mins away. Car hire is advisable since there is so much to explore in this area of reknowned natural beauty, and the main area of Coral Bay is approximately 20 minutes walk away.

Booking notes
Deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure together with a £50 refundable key and breakages deposit. Breakages should be replaced wherever possible or paid for on return. Insurance- you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Air conditioning is charged at CY£10.00 per day, payable locally.
