This individual 4 bedroom villa is in a quiet elevated position in the village of Lapta and enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views. Villa Harika is furnished to a high standard, the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, are all air conditioned. The lounge opens onto a terrace overlooking the 10m x 5m overflow pool. The Kitchen/diner is well appointed including washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Outside there is a landscaped garden with BBQ. All rooms have radiators for central heating. A local shop is within easy walking distance for fresh supplies. Local beaches, restaurants and well stocked supermarkets are a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The stunning harbour town of Kyrenia is a 15 -20 minute drive. Less than an hour from the airport of Ercan in the North and one and a half hours from Larnaca in the South the villa can be reached easily from your local airport. Car hire is strongly recommended and a reliable car hire company can be arranged if required.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but other lets by agreement. Extra days charged pro-rata to weekly rates. Arrival and departures times by agreement to suit flights of incoming and departing guests.

Kitchen: Well fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwace, fridge/freezer and water dispenser. Granite worktops to large range of kitchen cupboards.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron
Living Rooms: Lounge with 2 x large sofas and 1 chair plus other occasional seating, coffee table, DVD and video players. Digiturk satellite receiver and TV. Fireplace and central heating. Patio doors to terrace overlooking pool.
Other: Diner with large extending pine table with 8 chairs.

Welcome pack provided. Bath towels and linen provided and changed weekly. Pool and beach towels not supplied. Weekly maid service to clean villa.

Outside
Villa Harika is an ideal base for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The large roman ended pool (10x5m) and surrounding paved areas are ideal locations for relaxing and enjoying the Cyprus sun. Landscaped gardens with BBQ. The large terrace in front of the villa provides shade and uninterrupted views of the sea. The elevated location provides cooling breezes during the hot summer months. Terraced areas and 2 balconies with sea views equipped with ample sun beds (with cushions), sun shades, table and chairs. Paved car parking area and lockable entrance gates. Walled surround to all aspects. Spectacular views.

Coast/Beach
There are many sandy beaches along the coast of Northern Cyprus with the nearest only a 5 min drive away. The beautiful waters of the Mediterranean are perfect for swimming, water sports and diving. The Turtle conservation project can be visited during the summer months. Speedboat trips and water ski-ing are less than 10 mins drive.

Golf
An 18 hole course to the east of Esentepe opened in April 2007.

Travel
There are daily flights from many UK airports to both Ercan. Larnaca and Phapos. Transfer from Ercan is approx 45 mins and from Larnaca 1 hour 30 minutes (border controls permitting). Details of firms providing reliable car hire and transfers can be provided.

Distances
Lapta is a 20 mins drive from Kyrenia and less than an hour from Lefkosa (Nicosia). The beautiful village of Bellapais with its Abbey and stunning views of Kyrenia is a 30 min drive as it the mountain castle (ruin) of St Hilarion.

Further details
Local shops provide all day to day requirements and well stocked supermarkets (with most UK brands) can be found on the main road to Kyrenia. Local restaurants serve local and European dishes and even fish and chips! French, Italian, Indian and Chinese cuisine are all available. Bars with satellite TV showing Sky Sports are within a short drive and Casinos can be found locally and in Kyrenia. Although Banks are located in Kyrenia ATM's are available in the village of Kargoglanoglu. Menus are always in English and many restaurants will accept Sterling. English is widely spoken, you drive on the left and all you electrical appliances can be plugged into three pin UK sockets.

Booking notes
Please contact owner for availability (evenings and weekends preferred) A non-returnable 20% deposit is payable upon booking with the full balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition there is a £150 refundable bond per booking against breakages or damages. This is returned to you one week after your holiday provided no damage has occurred. Payment by personal cheque or bank transfer only.
