Accessibility
The villa is suitable for guests with mobility problems as there is one bedroom on the ground floor and no steps are required. In addition to this several bedrooms are accessible with only a few steps.
Outside
The very large & impressive gardens are landscaped and offer facilities including table tennis and pool table equipment. The terrace area overlooking the pool offers large bar area and shaded section including eating area with tables and chairs. The very large private swimming pool (approx 10x20 metres) is a main feature of this villa and fully furnished with garden furnture including sun loungers, beds and tables. There is also a pool bar near the pool. BBQ area is also available with relevant equipment.

Sandy Crystal clear beaches approx. 5 minutes drive from villa.

Golf Course is a short drive away.

Ercan airport - approx. 30 minutes drive.
