Bus service runs frequently into town of Kyrenia, just 10 mins journey.

| Greenhill villa has attractive lounge/dining room that is fully air-conditioned adjoining a new fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. There are one wc bath/shower room on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There are 2 balconies one downstairs and one upstairs. The master bedroom leads onto a large balcony with fantastic mountain and sea views. All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and furnished to high standard. White goods include oven and hob, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, air-conditioning, BBQ stove outside, TV and DVD player, the pool has a terrace with sunbeds, parasols and lovely gardens. | |
Notes on accommodation
Towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). There is weekly maid service, general cleaning and linen and towels are changed. In the Apartments towels and linen are also provided and they are changed every 2 days.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 sandy beaches within walking distance one at 3-4 minutes walk and one at 10-12 mins walk, very safe for children to swim. Turtle beaches are easily accessible by car or boat trips.
Golf
The Korineum Golf and Country Club offering an 18 hole, international standard golf course designed by Arne Van Amerongen is open at Esentepe - a 25 minute drive from the villa. The Golf and Country Club also has a private clubhouse, public restaurant, bar and hotel facilities. Golfers enjoy the breathtaking views of the Besparmak mountain range as well as cool sea breezes during peak summer golf season. Course management offer both annual membership as well as daily green fees to accommodate residents and tourists alike. Several guests have played recently and have enjoyed the challenging course.
Skiing
Watersports- water skiing, parascending, scuba diving, tennis and horse riding nearby.
Special interest holidays
In what other Mediterranean destination can you wander alone among the temples, amphitheatres and mosaics of Salamis, most romantic romantic ruined city left by ancient Rome? Fairytale Castle of St Hilarion perched dizzily thousands of feet above the bay of Kyrenia, a clambering ruin St Hilarion castle which the Disney Studio took as it's inspiration for the castle in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Above Bellapais Abbey lived Lawrence Durrel, author of "Bitter Lemons". The square where Durrell wrote of locals playing cards and smoking under an acacia tree -he called it the tree of Idleness.
Travel
Flights are available from all major UK airports to Ercan and Larnaca airport. Larnaca airport (LCA) is 75 mins drive. Ercan airport (ECN) 35 mins drive. Taxi transfers can be arranged. Please ring or email for more details.
Distances
Visit the real Disney Castle-St Hilarion, Kyrenia Castle and Belapais Abbey in all in 20-25 mins drive. Salamis Ruins-Roman City is just over one hours drive away in Famagusta. Alsancak and Lapta is 5-6 minutes drive away.

We have many regular clients from UK and Europe who return year after year and holiday with us. We believe in customer satisfaction and very much enjoy giving our guests good memorable holiday.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Purely for Location. Quiet residential area in a cul-de-sac road,very scenic with wonderful mountain and sea views. There are 2 lovely sandy beaches nearby, one in 4 minutes and one in 12 minutes stroll away. Kyrenia town is 10 minutes drive, Kyrenia old harbour and Kyrenia Castle is 10 minutes drive, St Hilarion Castle and Bellapais Abbey is 20 minutes drive away.
