Patroklou Villa is a modern detached villa situated in a new development of 3 properties that has a shared pool. The villa can sleep 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, and has a dual aspect living dining area, it is bright and spacious with the living area overlooking the pool. The separate kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has air conditioning throughout. There is plenty of space to sunbathe around the pool, and also a private terraced area at the rear of the villa shaded by a wooden gazebo. It is a short walk to the nearby shops and cafes. Paralimni town square with its water fountain, churches, traditional and modern restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. Protaras and Ayia Napa are only 10 minutes away by car. The location is ideal: quiet residential area, but busy resorts and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away.

The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis, and provides linen and bath towels changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The villas has air conditioning throughout and this is included in the price. The air con units can provide heating when it is cooler.

Outside
The villa has approx. 100sq metres of patio area. There is a terrace at the front of the villa overlooking the pool, a side area, and a rear terrace shaded by a wooden gazebo. The 9m x 5m pool is shared with 2 other properties. Sunbeds are available.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at Kapparis is 5 minutes away by car. Protaras (and the amazing Fig Tree Bay) is 10 minutes away by car, as is Ayia Napa.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is approx. 40 minutes away. It is recommended that you hire a car.
Distances
1.5 km to Paralimni town centre. The nearest supermarket, bakery and shops are a 5 minute walk away. Paralimni is ideally situated near the motorway giving access to other parts of the island. The entry point into Northern Cyprus is only about 15 minutes away. Larnaca is 30 minutes by car.
Booking notes
A £200 non refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Also a £200 security deposit (for breakages) is required. This will be refunded once the villa has been checked by our property manager.
