Changeover Day is flexible depending on availability. Arrival after 4pm. Departure from villa by 10am. Ask about part week/10 day offers.

Gr Floor studiBedroom 4 suite: Can be isolated from the upper levels for privacy. Small discount if Studio not required although the villa is best rented as a whole for one party. We will not rent upper level and studio to separate parties except by agreement. Studio includes: Master bedroom 4 with 5' wrought iron style bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV, DVD/CD player, Built-in wardrobes. Patio doors to covered terrace with table and chairs. Air-conditioning unit. Shower room fully tiled. Kitchen/diner fully fitted with 2 ring hob, built-in oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière. China and equipment for 4 people, table and 4 chairs. If whole 4 bedroom villa booked (normal), it includes Upper Levels 1 & 2 and Ground Floor Studio as one villa. (Sleeps Total 8/10, 4 Bedrooms & Bed settee in lounge. Further cots by arrangement). |

Notes on accommodation
Welcome pack included. After stay cleaning included. All linen and towels (not pool) provided weekly. Cots and highchairs available by arrangement. Sweeping stone staircase to main entrance at first floor. Pool and garden checked regularly.
Care should be taken with young children. Heating/air-conditioning available at €4.25/unit/day. Ample equipment & furniture at both levels for 10+ if villa rented as a whole.
Accessibility
Ground floor studio is all one level and easy walk from parking. Slight step (5cm) at door. Higher step at terrace edge (c30cm). Can arrange ramp on request. Al Fresco dining for all at terrace & Studio level. Stairs to all other parts of upper villa. Sweeping external stone staircase to main entrance at 1st floor. Internal stairs 1st floor down to terrace/pool and to studio. Internal stairs up to 2nd floor and Master/2nd bedroom.

Outside
Good size Private swimming pool with patio and loungers. Planted garden. Large airy covered terrace with BBQ, table and chairs for up to 12. Ideal for al fresco dining/relaxing. Children should not be left unattended at poolside.
Coast/Beach
Sea Caves 1km, 5 min drive, approx 20 min walk. Agios Georgios 2km 10 min drive. Coral Bay 5km, 10 min drive, blue flag beach, perfect for children, water sports, beach cafe etc. Akamas with numerous deserted beaches, nature reserves, turtle areas, perfect for painting or exploring on ATV 'quad bikes (hire in Coral Bay) or 4x4 car. 10 min drive to start of peninsula Lakki/Polis beaches 25km.
