Blue Serenity One is located on a small private community close to the famous Cape Kiti lighthouse and its beaches and just minutes away from the traditional Cyprus village of Pervolia. The fully air-conditioned villa was completed in March 07' and offers the ideal family holiday base from which to explore the fabulous and sun-drenched island of Cyprus. With 3 upstairs bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is a ground floor, wheelchair accessible wet-room). The main bedroom offers a spacious en-suite with shower and balcony views of the sea and our private pool. Poolside furniture and BBQ make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy! With unspoilt beaches, excellent restaurants and easy access to Larnaca Airport, the area surrounding Pervolia and 'Cape Kiti' is rapidly becoming one the island's most sought-after locations for property owners and holiday makers alike.

Changeover day
We are flexible about change-over days. Check-in on arrival day normally after 4pm. Check-out on departure day normally 10am but we can be flexible depending on arrival time of following guests with prior arrangement.

Accessibility
Ground floor has wheelchair accessible wetroom with level entry shower. Disabled guests may find the villa suitable utilising the sofabed. Mobility equipment and aids available for rent from local service. We will be pleased to put you in contact with this company.

Private pool (26 square metres) for use by our guests only.
Large patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs, sunbeds and delightful wood-burning BBQ. Private parking. This is a private community of just 25 executive villas.

Coast/Beach
The nearest unspoilt white-stony/sandy beach is just 200 metres from our villa. A sand beach with seasonal watersports, sunbeds, beach bar etc. is just a 15 minute stroll around Cape Kiti or 3 minutes by car. Larnaca with its 'cornishe' and expansive flat sand beach is 15 minutes drive by car, taxi or local bus which stops regularly outside Blue Serenity.

Skiing
Incredibly, it is possible to ski in the Mount Troodos mountain ing several weeks of the winter - just over an hours drive. Imagine - ski in the morning and beach in the afternoon!

Travel
Blue Serenity One is located in the peaceful Pervolia area yet is within just 15 minutes drive of Larnaca International Airport. So just minutes after collecting your luggage you could be sipping a cool drink by your private pool. Now that is how to get your holiday off to a great start!

Distances
The villages of Pervolia, Kiteon and Tersefanou are within minutes drive. Larnaca is just 10kms from Blue Serenity and the major resort of Ayia Napa just over 45 minutes away. The salt lakes with their migrant birds are quite a sight and just 3 kms from your holiday villa. For a complete contrast visit the stunning Troodos Mountains with its 'alpine' scenery (you can even ski there in winter!).

Further details
Pervolia offers excellent opportunities to eat traditional Cypriot food in an authentic village setting. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance of Blue Serenity. The stunning new boutique Spa 'e'Hotel, is now open and just a short walk from the villa. It offers spa facilities for a days pampering, roof top terrace bar (summer), finer dining restaurant and chic beach bar. A great addition to the increasingly sought after location.

Booking notes
Deposit: £100 per week payable at time of booking (full amount due if booking made within 8 weeks of departure).
Balance: Payable eight weeks before departure. We would kindly request a breakages deposit of £100 payable with your final balance eight weeks prior to departure.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Make no mistake, Pervolia is a rising star. Away from the madding crowds but convenient for Larnaca, its Airport, and local villages. The beach with its brand new Cafe Bar is so handy for a family lunch as is the stunning Hotel-e Spa Hotel (perfect for Feng Shui fanatics) which is proving to be a big hit with those in search of a pamper and a workout in their fantastic Gym! Pervolia itself has lost none of its Cypiot character and boasts a mothwatering selection of tavernas, bars and rerstaurants. The kids seem to find the internet cafe a draw too! And if a trip to the fascinating Capital city of Nicosia or pop resorts to the east are on the holiday must-do list -both are less than an hours drive. And the utterly breathtaking Troodos Mountains not much farther. Brilliant!
