The apartment overlooks a large pear shaped communal pool, with changing room and showers. The complex has beautiful stone architecture which blends in with the village setting. Emba village is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos and Coral bay resort with their beaches, restaurants and bars are a 10 minute drive. Other beautiful villages closeby are Chlorakas, Kissonerga and Lempa area.

Holiday Lets: The prices include a welcome pack, arranging airport transfers and a "meet and greet" service. Guests booking for a period of 10 days or more will be awarded a 10% discount off the weekly rental rates. Similar discount for "early birds".
Long Term Lets: Special rates for long term lets, please contact the owner.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover. Guests are required to depart by 7.30pm on the last day of their stay.

Notes on accommodation
Ther apartment is fully air-conditioned and transmits hot and cold air to all of the rooms. The apartment is suitable for children, although parents are asked to watch their young ones due to the proximity of the apartment to the pool area.
Outside
The apartment has a small garden with panoramic views of the sea. The two verandas have garden furniture and are ideally suited for outdoor meals. The large communal pool is surrounding by gardens and palm trees and has a paddling pool for children.
Coast/Beach
There are beautiful beaches along the coast. Coral Bay beach is 5km from Emba Village.
Golf
There are three international golf courses in Paphos. Tsada Golf course is 15min drive from Paphos and Secret Valley is approximately 18km from Paphos towards Limassol.
Skiing
Troodos Mountains is popular for sking and is 40km from Emba Village.
Special interest holidays
Cycling, water sports, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, swimming, walking, snorkling, hunting, bird watching, museums, historical sites and sea cruises. The location of Paphos provides easy access by boat or air to Egypt and Greece.
Travel
Best Airlines - Bristish Airways, Cyprus Airways and Choice Airways. There are direct flights from Gatwick Airport to Paphos International Airport. Paphos International Airport is a 30 minutes drive and 20 kilometres from the apartment.
Use of a car is recommended. Owner is able to provide details of local car hire companies and taxis.
Distances
Emba Village square is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Paphos main town, harbour and shopping area is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Further details
Nearby Emba village has tavernas, a bank and mini-supermarkets and a large supermarket is located approximately half a mile away.
Booking notes
Bookings should be made directly with the owner on booking forms which will provided via email. Owner's managing agents in Paphos will assist you with any enquiries you have upon your arrival in Paphos. Welcome packs are available for an extra fee. A £150 deposit is required for potential damage. Guests are required to make full payment of all rental due at least a month before the date of actual stay at the apartment.
