Plenty of homely comforts are provided for your a relaxing holiday, the spacious balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and lounge and is complete with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. For swimming, sunbathing and relaxing there is 2 wonderfully large, attractive and safe swimming pools, complete with large 800 sq.m. terraces with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside showers to cool down. This is a very private, immaculately maintained and quiet development within easy reach of all amenities. A new large supermarket and Paphos shopping mall have just opened 2km away in July 08, within very easy reach of complex. The Harbour and main coast nearby have been extensively renovated and pedestrianised during 08, including a new pool served by the sea, this is a comfortable, friendly environment to enjoy an enjoyable stroll both during the day and evening.

Changeover day
Weekend changeover day is preferred, but is flexible subject to bookings. All guests will be given a code to enter into a keybox on arrival.
Normal check-in times are 2pm and check out times are 12 noon.

Notes on accommodation
As this apartment is also used personally as a holiday home, we would be grateful for no smoking inside the apartment but it is OK outside on the terrace.
Cots and highchairs are available for rental at an additional cost. This apartment is ideal for adults and children.
A safe is also provided for your valuable possessions.
No pets allowed.
Our friendly local representative who lives locally is on call 24 hours for any problems.
Apartment 115 is on the first floor overlooking the pool with a dual balcony.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to no lift and being on the first floor the apartment is wheelchair inaccessible.
Outside
There are 2 wonderfully large, attractive and safe swimming pools, complete with large 800 sq.m. terraces with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside showers to cool down.
Coast/Beach
Paphos beaches, seafront and harbour are all within a comfortable 25 mins walk or short 10 mins drive. The must visit Coral Bay beach is a 30 mins drive or an easy bus ride from Paphos seafront. A full range of watersports which include, speadboat hire, banana rides etc are all available at either beaches. The picturesque Paphos harbour which is lined with an affordable variety of fish/meat tavernas is located at the end of the seafront.
Golf
Many tourists now travel to Cyprus for golf. Conditions are superb all year round and although it gets a little hot in the height of summer, autumn and winter daytime temperature’s rarely falls below about 16 degrees centigrade. There are now three superb 18 hole golf courses within easy reach of our apartment. Tsada Golf Club which is on the road to Polis and approx 20mins drive, it measures 6,060 meters and plays to a par 72. Secret Valley Golf Club is on the road to Limassol and is also 20 minutes away, it measures 6,120 meters and also plays to a par 72. Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex has a championship course a few miles further up the coast near to the birthplace of Aphrodite. The course is 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.
Skiing
Although most people come to Cyprus for the sun, believe it or not Skiing in Cyprus is also possible (yes on SNOW). You can ski from approx the beginning of January to the end of March in the Troodos mountains. These mountains are about an hour and a half drive from our apartment. So you really are able to ski in the mountains and swim in the sea on the same day.
Special interest holidays
Cyprus has some of the best diving facilities in the world. Numerous divesites and trips are available, ranging from a full-day trip to the wreck of the Zenobia (rated as one of the top 10 best wrecks in the world) to many exciting smaller shore and boat dives around the Paphos coast. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced diver Paphos something for all.
Travel
The apartment is located just 15 minutes from Paphos airport and is easy reahed by car or taxi. If finding a flight is a problem, why not fly to Larnaca airport which is a pleasant 1 hour 30 minute drive. A car is not essential, but why not be more adventurous and explore many of the gems the island has to offer. Many do not realise that the Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as us and drive right hand drive cars. The roads are excellent, signs are in Cypriot and English.
Distances
The superb Coral Bay beach with its selection of watersports is a short 15 mins drive.
The beautiful vilage of Latchi is a 50 mins drive.
A great waterpark, crazy golf and go-kart track are about 5 mins by car, 20 minutes walk.
Much more to see, but to many to list all within easy reach.

Local store and cafe/take away 5 mins walk.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, ATMs, great bus services all within a pleasant 15-20 mins stroll.

If bookings are spread over more than 1 charging period the total payment will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
For all bookings of 2 weeks or more a change of linen will be provided after 1 week. Normal check-in times are 2pm and check-out times are 12 noon.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A £100 security deposit must be paid with the balance, this is not cashed and is refundable if there is no damage.

My brother in law and I, mid 30s and 40s viewed properties in Paphos in September 2006 after a great holiday in 2004. We found a great agent who showed us many apartments in various areas. Sirena Olympia was the ideal choice, within our budget, very new and a fantastic quality complex. It was also 15mins from the airport, close to all major interests (Waterpark, Mosaics, Go-Karting, Tombs of The Kings, Crazy Golf etc) It was also easy access to the Municipal Beeches and only 15mins from Coral Bay. There were plenty of Restaurants, Shops, Bars, Supermarkets all within a short stroll or drive. We visit the Island between ourselves 4-5 times a year and make sure we visit at least once for maintenance etc. We take pride in the apartment for our own pleasure and for our guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We wanted to invest in this wonderful Friendly Island and also provide ourselves with a holiday home that we and family could use at our leisure. We describe our apartment as being near enough but far enough from all attractions and amenities. All areas of interest are local and accessible and within easy reach of the apartment. The apartment is very well maintained and benefits from having local and ex-pats living on the complex. Therefore the pool area is usually very quite with plenty of room and space for all. The people who live on the complex are generally very polite, very helpful, with lots of suggestions and help with any queries, directions, restaurants and locations of interest.
Unique benefits of the property
If using the apartment, it has its own car park, very large pool terrace with the addition of a second pool on the identical complex next door. Very close to a newly opened shopping mall with Supermarket, Costa Coffee and approx 10 other small shops. From the airport the apartment is accessible by the use of only two main roads and 2 smaller roads, it's so easy to find. We provide our guests with much information before departure and also provide a customer info guide on arrival at the apartment. We feel we give our customers good value for money and always aim to improve our service. We are always willing to answer as many questions as required to ensure you all have a great holiday.
