This luxury first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfectly positioned to explore and enjoy the delights of one of the unspoiled jewels of the Mediterranean. With over 300 days of annual sunshine, Northern Cyprus is known for its long hot summers and short mild winters. Boasting some of the best golden beaches on the island, you can enjoy long lazy days by the sea or sun soaked days by the 3 pools. Alternatively you can explore the very best of the Karpaz Peninisula. The charming fishing village of Bogaz with its traditional fish restaurants and cafes is just a short distance away. Here you are guaranteed a warm welcome as you sample a traditional meze meal of up to 15 courses of steaks, chicken, fish, kebabs, meatballs, yoghurt, houmous, olives, salads and many other hot and cold delicacies of the region, eaten at a relaxed pace over a bottle of wine. Please note i can offer almost identical accommodation on the same complex if our apartment is booked.

Outside
Three large beautiful free flow pools and one toddler pool all set amongst the well maintained landscaped gardens. Plenty of free sunloungers and umbrellas. Poolside bar and restaurant open for breakfast, snacks and evening meals. Fitness room,sauna and table tennis. Ample parking right outside and 24 hour security on-site management office to give help and advice.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only 200 metres from the apartment with a beach just 400 metres away.
Bogaz beach [approx 2 miles] and coast line has a choice of beaches for safe bathing, most offering restaurant facilities, sun loungers, umbrellas and water sports.
Windsurfing, jet skis, canoes all available nearby. Scuba diving instuctor on site.
Golf
Newly opened 18 hole golf course 45 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
All Water sports available near by with a Scuba diving instructor on site.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Erchan 35 minutes away if you fly direct in to the North. But most chose to fly to Larnaca as air fares are considerably cheaper, transfer to the apartment is about an 1 hour.
I can arrange airport transfers fron Echan at £55 return and from Lanaca at £80 return.
Distances
Bogaz Fishing Village 2 miles [3km] has wide selection of bars and restaurants. Famagusta [Magosa] 13 miles [25km] This ancient old town is like an outdoor museum with plenty of history. A visit to othello's walled city that was made legendary by Shakespeares play and Verd's opera is a must.
Kyenia [girne] 50miles [80km] The old harbour with it's array of restaurants on the quay is truly picturesque.
Further details
Supermarket. There is a large Lemar just ouside Bogaz which will cater for your every need.
Restaurants. One on site and a choice of 6 in the village of Bogaz offering a wide selection of freshly caught fish, steaks, kebabs, salads and curries all served with traditional Cypriot dishes, while you dine by the waters edge. Numerous more restaurants are just a short taxi ride away.
Cassinos. Enjoy a flutter at the Cyprus Gardens Hotel, a ten minute taxi ride away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total balance is required at time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks before departure. On payment of final balance a £100 returnable damage/breakage/key deposit is required, refundable if no breakages or damages within 7 days of your return.

A lovely apartment, very spacious, well equipped and above all very clean. The complex although a little quiet, is absolutley beautiful.We had a very relaxing holiday and would recomend it to anyone. Paul and Carol Mason.
