The apartment has been fitted out and furnished to a very high standard. The very spacious living area has a 2 seater settee a 3 seater sofa bed that can sleep 2 average sized adults and a dining table and chairs. There is a TV and DVD [no satellite tv] for your entertainment The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker,hob,microwave and a dishwasher. A small utility room houses the washing machine. Large bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom has 1 double bed and fitted wardrobes which leads out onto a small railed off terrace with table and chairs. Ideal for sitting out in the late afternoon and evening sun. All towels and bed linen are provided for apartment use only. |

Accessibility
This lovely ground floor apartment is just 50 yards from the first of the 3 beautiful free form pools, and only 200 yards from the sea. Ideal for a family or for people with mobility problems with easy wheel chair access.

Poolside bar and restaurant open for breakfast, snacks and evening meals. Bogaz beach [approx 2 miles] and coast line has a choice of beautiful beaches for safe bathing, most offering restaurant facilities, sun loungers, umbrellas and water sports.

Travel
The nearest Airport is Erchan 35 minutes away if you fly direct in to the North. But most chose to fly to Larnaca as air fares are considerably cheaper, transfer to the apartment is about an 1 hour. Easy Jet now flying from Gatwick from as little as £140 return. I can arrange airport transfers from Echan at £80 return and from Larnaca at £120 return for up to 6 persons.
Distances
Bogaz Fishing Village 2 miles [3km] has wide selection of bars and restaurants. Famagusta [Magosa] 13 miles [25km] This ancient old town is like an outdoor museum with plenty of history. A visit to Othello's walled city that was made legendary by Shakespeare's play and Verdi's opera is a must.
Kyrenia [girne] 50miles [80km] The old harbour with it's array of restaurants on the quay is truly picturesque.

Supermarket. There is a large Lemar just outside Bogaz which will cater for your every need.
Restaurants. One on site and a choice of 6 in the village of Bogaz offering a wide selection of freshly caught fish, steaks, kebabs, salads and curries all served with traditional Cypriot dishes, while you dine by the waters edge. Numerous more restaurants are just a short taxi ride away.
Casinos. Enjoy a flutter at the Cyprus Gardens Hotel, a ten minute taxi ride away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total balance is required at time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks before departure. On payment of final balance a £100 returnable damage/breakage/key deposit is required, refundable if no breakages or damages within 7 days of your return.

About the owner
Me and My wife Diane visited North Cyprus in 2005 and and stayed in Kyrenia in a friends Villa. After a fantastic holiday in June i returned in August to find us a holiday home as property was less than half than in the UK. Kyrenia was wonderful, but too busy for us, so we settled for this wonderful quiet, private little holiday complex in Bogaz, it was the best move we ever made, as we visit 3 times a year. The climate is just perfect, with 355 sunny days a year, beat that.

Perfect setting only 300 meters from the sea, and set in beautiful landscape gardens with 3 lovely pools.
The area is rural, quiet and very scenic with wonderful mountain and sea views. A perfect hideaway for a holiday any time of year.
