It is easy to imagine that you are in a romantically remote Mediterranean oasis as the villa is set in a large, landscaped garden with little in sight but the Med and the mountains. Outdoors boasts an all-year round, optionally heated large private pool with walk in steps at the shallow end, gradiating to 1.8 metres at the deep end. Outside
Outdoors boasts an all-year round, optionally heated large private pool with walk in steps at the shallow end, gradiating to 1.8 metres at the deep end. There are different patios for relaxing and dining for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you can choose shade or sun whatever the time of day. The double aspect patio doors lead straight out to the pool, BBQ and dining area and on the other side to the sunset terrace. The built in BBQ area next to the pool has a worktop, sink and fridge, so you wont have far to go for a glass of chilled wine while you are cooking. Whether you are swimming, relaxing or dining outdoors you will have the pleasure of the truly breathtaking colours of the sea, mountains and endless sky from sunrise to sunset.
The newly installed pool lighting system will take your breath away in the evening and an easy to use chimenea provides extra warmth outside at night in the winter so you can finish your perfect day star-gazing whenever you stay at Antigone.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach from the Secret Valley villas is 10 mins walk.
Golf
The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is a few minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 10 minutes from the brand new Nick Faldo Elia Golf Club, 30 minutes from Minith Hills (previously known as Tsada) Golf club. Secret Valley is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views. More challenging are Aphrodite Hills, just 5 minutes drive, a 6,200 metre, Par 72 course and the new Nick Flado course, Elea, which is 6240 metre, par 71. Minith Hills (previously known as Tsada) is 30 minutes drive, set high in the hills and is a 6,060 metre, par 72 course.
Travel
Paphos international airport is approx a 10 - 15 min drive away. We recommend a car and Paphos town centre is approx 15 min drive away. For non-drivers there is a very reliable taxi company that we can give details of.
Distances
You can explore Aphrodites Rock, the Tomb of the Kings, beaches, water-sports, the water-park and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Paphos, 15 mins drive away, with its harbour, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavern's in nearby Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character.

When booking this property we will require £200 per week holding deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable breakages deposit is required.

We had a great time in Cyprus thanks and the wedding went very well. The villa was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to use the villa again if we came back to Cyprus. We had an amazing time, the villa was the best we have stayed at in Cyprus much better than the ones in Aphrodite hills where we have stayed the last three years. Hi we are Jan and Mike, we live in Surrey England and Secret Valley Cyprus. We enjoy travelling abroad and particularly enjoy going on holiday and seeing different parts of the world. Jan handles most of the bookings for our villa and we pride ourselves on knowing what guests want for their holiday. We particularly love Cyprus and over the last 5 years have made many good friends in and around the Paphos area. Why the owner chose a home in this location
We choose Secret Valley as the ideal location for our holiday home as it has its own fabulous 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. It is within minutes of the famous Aphrodite Hills resort which has some superb bars and restaurants. There is also a spa within minutes, here you can indulge yourself for a day of pampering, have a massage or a facial. It is ideally located for days out to the beach or if you want to try watersports then a 15 minute drive and you are in the heart of Paphos. Whether its watersports , riding, dining or even shopping there is something for everyone!
Unique benefits of the property
Villa Antigone is 260sqm set on a beautfully landscaped 1300sqm garden, this is more than double the size of most villas on Secret Valley and nearby Aphrodite Hills. As such the villa is very spacious with true double size bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Over the years we have listened to all our guests’ comments and have upgraded some excellent ideas to ensure the property is kept up to date. This includes from the really well heated pool to luxuries such as Calvin Klein robes, iPod docking station, flat screen TV, DVD a book library. We have 2 sets of golf clubs for you to use and we even supply a high chair & cot if needed. We are on hand before, during and after your stay to provide you with recommendations for car rental, things to do and of course good restaurants and beaches.
