Located in a peaceful location in private road, it is not overlooked. The villa is set back from the private access road with the 10x5 metre pool set at the front of the garden which is enclosed by stone walling to two sides and fencing/bushes to the rear and side. Cast iron gates onto a long drive which can accommodate several cars. The villa overlooks the pool from the ground floor and first floor terrace areas. The ground floor terrace has 3 steps onto a large paved area surrounding the pool. The enclosed garden is safe for young children as the pool can be in constant view.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is fitted to all 3 bedrooms, fans are available for other rooms. Marble flooring is fitted throughout with parquet laminate flooring fitted to the first floor bedroom floors. The villa is ideally suited to children of all ages in our opinion.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access is possible with 4 steps leading to the front door. Doorways within the property is wide enough to facilitate access, with a bedroom located on the ground floor.
Outside
The pool (overflow type) has Roman steps to the shallow end 0.75m deep to 1.8m deep and is surrounded by paving wide enough for sunbeds (6), with grassed area with shrubs.
The ground and first floor terraces have tables (2) and chairs (10) which overlook the surrounding countryside, mountains and sea.
Umbrellas are provided for additional shade.
Coast/Beach
There are nearby beaches 10 mins walking distance to Sunset Beach Club with many facilities including water sports and large Sky TV. Other beaches are nearby such as Escape Beach with many facilities. Kyrenia town is approx 20 mins by car with its beautiful harbour and castle. There are 4 castles in the nearby Besparmak mountains with breathtaking views each within easy reach by car. The unspoilt Karpas Peninsular with fantastic beaches can be reached by car with a 1.5 - 2 hour journey.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan - approx 40 minutes by car.
Distances
Alsancac and Lapta villages are walking distance nearby with some small shops, bars and supermarket.
Further details
Car hire is advisable as there is much to see in North Cyprus.
This can be arranged with the owner prior to departure.
Booking notes
All prices quoted are for villa hire per week and not per person. A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the remaining balance payable eight weeks before departure. Bookings made within the eight week period will be payable in full. Airport transfers can be arranged - please request details from the owner. Car hire can be arranged. Please note, there are no car rental companies currently situated at Ercan Airport. Please contact the owners for advice for travel arrangements.
