There is air conditioning throughout and an attractive communal pool (shared with only 11 flats). The English owner lives on the island and can be contacted at all times. Contacts in the apartment block are usually on hand to give help or advice.

3-4 mins drive to nearest beach. 10 min drive to Cessac beach(complete with English gift and book shop and cafe).
Golf
A number of golf courses thoughout the small island.
Travel
15-20 mins drive from Larnaca airport. Very simple instructions provided.
Distances
5-10 mins drive to Larnaca Town. 30 mins drive to Ayia Napa. 45 mins to Limassol.
Further details
Ideal location for all water activities- including a number of local dive centres, wind surfing etc. Short drive to Lefkara (lace making) and various Cypriot villages. There is a large market every Sunday held a few minutes drive away.
