Cyprus harbour view villa is a spacious modern, luxuriously appointed house overlooking the old town and Crusader harbour of Kyrenia (5-7 minutes by car, 25 minutes walk). You will enjoy panoramic views of the magnificent mountains, St Hilarion Castle and sea from all rooms. Every room on the ground floor has massive French windows leading out onto the pool terrace at the front or the BBQ terrace at the rear.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Our normal week is Saturday to Saturday.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite, an inglenook window seat gives great views and allows parents to keep an eye on the pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. All rooms have air conditioning and lots of clothes space. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom with telephone shower, basin and WC. En-suite with shower, basin and WC. Downstairs basin and WC. All have oodles of storage in built under vanity units. |
| Kitchen: | Large kitchen and dining area opens out through large French windows to a sun veranda at the front and the BBQ terrace at the rear. The kitchen is fully equipped to produce gourmet meals or simple snacks. A big fridge and freezer keep enough drinks cool. |
| Utility Room: | Dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with windows on 3 sides. One French window opens onto the pool terrace and 3 large French windows open out onto a shaded veranda overlooking the pool terrace. There is a TV/DVD and Cable with English cartoon, film etc., + music system. |
| Other: | Great Outdoors; The BBQ terrace at the rear has a massive built in BBQ with L-shaped worktops on each side for preparation and cooking. The chimney means no smoke in your face or clothes. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and indoor towels provided and changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is designed for fun, sun and party or unashamed relaxation chill out. Downstairs there are massive French Windows from every room, on every wall leading out onto a shaded veranda, the poolside terrace, the rear BBQ area and terrace give tremendous openness of space. You can shelter under the veranda and enjoy the mountain and sea views with a cool drink while your friends are soaking up the sun and the pool and the BBQ king is grilling some fresh fish for lunch. The kitchen is large and very well equipped to allow you to enjoy simple to enriched meals depending on your choice. A water cooler and a large fridge and freezer make sure that there are oodles of cool drinks available for everyone.

Outside
This house has a big outside. Loads of sun terrace, a shaded veranda, a BBQ patio all with stunning views. A big private pool (10m x 5m) with stair access at the shallow end will suit beginners and less able to get access. The pool terrace is fully supplied with outdoor dining furniture and sun beds. BBQ at the rear is built-in (with a chimney so no smoke on the chef), It has an L-shaped preparation area with cupboards underneath. Just try a cool drink at sundown and watch the mountains illuminate with red as the sun disappears like a giant ball of burning gas under the Med.
Coast/Beach
Drive time to the town centre and harbour is 5 mins. Shop and taverna 2 mins away. Major supermarket 4 mins drive. Beaches 10 and 20 mins drive.
Golf
There is a new golf course and luxurious club-house 20 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Kyrenia Harbour offer a wide range of boating activies, day trips, deep sea fishing, SCUBA training, wreck diving.
The surrounding area is wonderful for hill walking, exploring Crusader castles at the sea and mountaintop, finding Roman pottery in old harbours and walking in the amphitheatres used 2000 years ago by the Romans.
Travel
Ercan airport in the North is 25 mins away. Larnaca airport in the South is 80 mins away. Car hire is recommended. Search for our web to get travel info, taxi and car hire details and loads of info about restaurants and fun things to do.
Distances
Cyprus is so small that travel to any of the other towns or places of tourist interest is quite quick.
Further details
Lemar, a large and well stocked supermarket is 3 minutes drive. There is a "corner shop" within walking distance which supplies fresh bread, milk, booze etc., There is a cafe/bar beside it. Bellapais village has loads of good restaurants with wonderful views, some of them will pick you up and drive you home. Kyrenia is crammed with good restaurants.
