Villa Callista is built on one level with steps from the terrace down to the larger than average 12 x 5 mtr private swimming pool and sunloungers. The pool and gardens are regularly maintained. The floors are tiled throughout the villa.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Air conditioning is included in the rental costs. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. 25% reservation deposit payable on booking. Final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. 20% off bookings for remaining dates in June, July and August!!
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but is allocated on a first come first served basis.

| Bedrooms: | Large double bedroom - furnished with a Queen size size bed dressing table, hairdryer & en-suite showerroom. This bedroom has double patio doors leading to the terrace & pool area. There are also two twin bedrooms, each with 2 large single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom is equipped with bath/shower sink & w/c. The ensuite to bedroom 1 has Shower sink & w/c. Both bathrooms are fully tiled. |
| Kitchen: | The modern fully fitted kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. There is ample cupboard space, and includes all the essential utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is open plan with a large, furnished lounge area with sofabed, colour Satellite television with DVD and video player, and separate stereo CD player. The dining table seats upto 8 people. |

All linen and towels are provided except for beach towels. (Maid service will be provided on the changeover day) |

Villa Callista is only 2 km from the centre of Coral Bay which has restaurants bars & shops and Coral Bay Beach which has gently shelving sandy beaches for safe bathing. And watersports facilities.

Skiing
Skiing is usually available between January and March in the Troodos Mountains, near to Mount Olympus which is one hours drive from Paphos. A small resort, there are 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants for refreshments. There are several cross country trails. Ski equipment can be rented.
Special interest holidays
There are miles and miles of waymarked paths in and around the Paphos area, both in the Akamas Peninsular National Park and in the Troodos Mountains.
The Mavrokolympus Dam is a short walk from the villa and a beautiful area to visit.
Horse riding, Tennis and Cycling can also be enjoyed locally.
Travel
Car/Jeep Hire is essential. Coral Bay is a 3 minute drive away & Pegia a 5 minute drive. Just 15 minutes drive by car takes you to the main tourist area of Paphos with its picturesque harbour, surrounded by many excellent restaurants, bars and shops.
A short drive will bring you to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, a quiet and unspoilt area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching, or just lazing on one of the deserted coves or bays.

A 5 minute walk will take you from the villa to the main road & bus stop for Paphos.
Further details
Shops: During the high season the shops in Paphos are open from 08.30 -12.00 and 16.00 – 19.00. There is half day closing every Wednesday and Saturday, and shops are closed all day on Sundays. However in the main tourist areas many shops stay open all day every day. Market: the Old Town of Paphos is set on a hill overlooking the sea and hosts a colourful indoor market and is home to a maze of winding streets and alleyways. Pharmacies: there are plenty of chemists in Kato Paphos and around the town centre. They are open from 08.30 -13.00 and 16.00 – 19.00 Monday to Saturday. Each chemist displays information showing the location of a 24 hour pharmacy should the necessity arise. Banks: these are open 08.30 – 12.30 from Monday to Friday, with some providing additional tourist services for an hour in the afternoon. Check for the opening hours on the door of the individual bank. Most banks offer a foreign exchange service and also many have cashpoint machines.
Booking notes
Please check the availability calendar to ensure that your chosen dates are available. Once your weeks are booked we will send you a confirmation contract which you will need to return to us together with a deposit of 25% of the total booking cost. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Villa simply beautiful. Pool fab, view stunning. Very close to Coral Bay Beach and Paphos, which is great for kids of all ages. Food at the Trattoria Restaurant, Coral Bay is fab. Could not fault the villa and all fitted out for a family! Brilliant hols, just sad to go home.
