Our two bedroom apartment is on one of the most prestigious complexes in the Paphos area - Thalassa View Gardens. It is a peaceful place yet only a few minutes by car from the main Paphos tourist area. Our apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers Sky satellite television and free broadband internet access with a Skype phone for making calls. There's a large free-form swimming pool, a separate kiddie’s pool and a unique amphitheatre where you can sit and sip your wine while watching the spectacular sunsets. If you want to venture out you will find a great selection of restaurants, pubs, bars etc just a few minutes drive away. There's an English pub in Chlorakas village and a couple of very pleasant local restaurants if you fancy a stroll. See our website below for many more details.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, en-suite facilities and a securely fixed electronic safe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Remote controlled air conditioning/heating is available in both rooms. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 is beautifully tiled, with bath and shower facilities, wc, and wash basin. Bathroom 2 also tastefully tiled, provides en-suite facilities to bedroom 1, with walk in shower, wc and vanity unit with wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, clothes drier, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen also has its own balcony. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/diner has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed plus a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, Satellite TV, DVD player, mini HI-FI system and remote controlled air conditioning/heating. A computer with free broadband internet access is also available. |
| Other: | A large dining table with seating for 6 is provided. |

Linen and towels are provided (excluding beach and pool towels) and a weekly change is included. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a lift from the car park to all floors and undercover parking is available beneath the apartment. The air-conditioning doubles up as heating for the cooler winter evenings. The apartment is suitable for families and couples. Hire of baby equipment (cots, highchairs etc) can be arranged. No smoking or pets are allowed.

Outside
There are 2 balconies (front/side) both with sea views. One has a table with 6 chairs. There's a large free-form communal outdoor pool and a separate kiddies pool. There are sun loungers, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pools as well as showers, changing rooms and toilets. A local management company maintain the apartment for us and are always available in the event of emergencies. There is also ample parking.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to Paphos harbour. There's a small 'private' sandy beach just 5 minutes drive away, or there are the spectacular beaches of Coral Bay just 15 mins drive away.
Golf
There are 3 great courses all within 20-30 mins drive of our apartment. Tsada golf course was opened in 1994 and is 15km to the north of Paphos. It offers 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters and accommodates players of all abilities.
Secret Valley golf course was opened in 1996 and is located 18km to the east of Paphos close to Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock). It offers 18 Holes set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations around. The golf course measures 5,904m and plays to a par 71.
The newest addition is the spectacular Aphrodite Hills golf course that opened in 2002 and is 20km to the east of Paphos.
The Aphrodite Hills golf resort itself spans a massive 234 hectares (578 acres). The golf course is 6,299m long and plays at a par 71/70.
Skiing
There aren't many places you can go where you can be skiing in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon. Well in Cyprus you can. Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains between January and March and is just over an hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
Cyprus is a very popular dive destination and has several diving centres in and around Paphos. Cydive near Paphos harbour is the longest established and best known of the diving schools and will take both beginners and experienced divers alike. Fishing and boat trips, sailing, go-karting, horse riding, winery trips and walking are among the many other sports catered for.
Travel
Paphos airport is 20 mins away by car/taxi. Larnaca airport is approx 1.5 hours away. Car hire is recommended, although taxis are readily available and reasonably priced. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.
Distances
Chlorakas village is a couple of mins drive away where there are local shops, restaurants and bars. Paphos harbour is approx 10 mins by car and Coral bay is approx 15 mins by car. There are 3 top golf courses all within 20-25 minutes drive, and the Troodos mountains are approximately an hours drive away.

Booking notes
Minimum stay is 3 nights. A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to departure. 75% payment is required for cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to departure. 50% Payment is required for cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to departure. A £125 returnable security deposit will also be required against damages with the final payment.
