This luxury detached villa, is tastefully decorated throughout. The ground floor has a spacious lounge and dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is modern with granite worktops, bedroom no. 3 is also housed on the ground floor, which is good for the less mobile. Upstairs each bedroom has its own balcony with sea views and patio furniture. All bedrooms have fitted, double wardrobes, bedside and dressing tables. Every bedroom has a hairdryer for your use if required. The master bedroom has a safe.

Prices are per week, quoted in british pounds, per villa.
A 10% discount for 3 weeks plus, will be given for bookings from November - February.
Changeover day
A preferred changeover day would be Sunday, but this is flexible. The villa will be available after 4pm on day of arrival. Departure by 12pm.

Outside
The swimming pool measures 9m x 5m and is private. All patio furniture is provided including sunbeds. A brick built barbecue stands in the garden, beside the patio, with battery operated spit roast and kebab skewers. A car port at the front of the villa provides private parking.
Coast/Beach
The famous Coral Bay is only 500 meters away, along with Coreilla Bay which is 300 meters away, which is within easy walking distance, approx. 5 minutes.
Golf
Golf is available at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.
Skiing
Skiing in Cyprus can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus, from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympus is 3km from Troodos Hill Resort. Troodos is approx. 71 miles from Paphos.
Special interest holidays
Paphos is full of history. Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Mediaeval Fort in Paphos Harbour where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Pegeia area and back.
Travel
Paphos airport is 25km away, 40 minutes in travel time. Car hire can be arranged by our friends in Coral Bay (Atlas Travel)
Taxis would cost around CYP£30. A public bus service runs from Coral Bay to Paphos every 10-15 minutes, and cost 75 cents. A bus can also be caught to the markets at the same price.
Distances
The villa is 700 meters from Coral Bay centre, where you can find every type of food from Greek to chinese. You can also find a range of cafe bars and restaurants just 2 minutes away. Paphos is only 20 minutes away by car with it's lovely Harbour and nightlife.
Further details
There are various Local Banks, hairdressers, beauty salons, supermarkets and shops 500 meters away. Go-Karting, Horse Riding, Tennis and a fantastic Water Park are all a short distance away in Paphos.

Please use e-mail address to check availability. A non refundable deposit of 30% is required, with the remainder 10 weeks before departure. NB air conditioning is payable locally and will be collected weekly at a charge of CYP£2.00 per unit, per day (3.50 Euros)

The villa was lovely and spacious. The sunbathing area and pool was amazing with plenty of space to eat outside using the barbecue. Location was fab and the views from the villa are lovely too. All round it was a perfect place to stay and hope to go again soon. Jane.
