Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/day in Euros and the pounds sterling are given for guidance only. Air-conditioning is included in the price. 150 euros refundable security deposit also payable upon arrival. Baby cot and high chair 35 euros for the duration of your stay. Free wifi and Sky TV
Changeover day
As a general rule, we ask people to vacate the villa by 11am on their date of departure. Check-in time is 3pm. However, provided that there are no time constraints, ie. in the case of back-to-back bookings, we are usually flexible in this regard.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned and full central heating for wintertime. The garden is perfect for energetic children because the lawned area is almost the size of a football pitch! The rocky bay 20m away from the end of the garden is perfect for snorkelling, fishing and going 'crabbing' with the kids! Children's playground overlooking the sea nearby.
Outside
The villa has a huge garden with sun loungers, picnic tables, umbrellas, a veranda with tables and chairs and a stone-built BBQ. It is the perfect place to chill out with a bottle of wine, enjoy a lovely meal while taking in the stunning sea views and watching leisure boats passing by. Kids also enjoy racing up and down the football-pitch sized lawn or playing football. The kids can also go 'crabbing' about 200m further along the bay. There is also a snooker table in the garage.
Coast/Beach
20m from a picturesque, rocky bay, perfect for snorkelling, fishing or 'crabbing'! Just a 1 min. walk from the famous Fig Tree Bay (definitely one of the best beaches in Cyprus), a beautiful sandy beach where the sea is crystal clear and shallow enough for kids of all ages to enjoy. Here you can find plenty of water sports including water-skiing, banana boat rides, wakeboarding, paragliding, jet-skis, speedboats for hire, etc.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca airport, which is about a 45 min drive away. Once you get to the villa, a car is not really necessary because you can easily walk to nearby facilities, eg. Protaras main strip 7 min walk, Fig Tree Bay and shops 1 minute walk. The only thing that you might need a car for is to go to the largest and cheapest supermarket in Paralimni for food shopping once a week.
Distances
The main strip in Protaras is about a 7-minute walk from the villa with all its nightlife, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Ayia Napa, with its white, sandy beaches, water park and clubs is about a 10 min. drive away. The traditional small town of Paralimni is a 10 min. drive away.
Booking notes
In order to reserve the villa, please e-mail us, stating the dates required. You will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.

Can you please pass on our thanks to the owners as we had a most enjoyable stay at Infinity Villa. The villa is excellent and we thought the location was superb. The children were always occupied whether they were snorkelling, swimming, playing football or playing table tennis on the pool table! A good time was had by all and we would certainly recommend it to our friends - Glendinnings, Athertons and Wilsons
We cant stop thinking about our holiday. We had such a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable time over there. We had all the factors that contributed to a wonderful time... especially the house. It was really roomy, the air conditioners in each room, the beds nice and big, the location was tops, and the whole layout was wonderful. We utilised the grass area a lot with the kids, and hardly watched any TV.
We will seriously consider returning to stay at the house. My husband was so enthusiastic he even wanted to put in an offer to buy the house from you!
