Situated on an elevated position overlooking Coral Bay, with full air conditioning, 4 terraces, (1 covered for extended lunches!) and a very spacious interior with beautifully landscaped exterior. The swimming pool is a very large 10m x 5m and features Roman steps. The village centre with a few tavernas and bars is less than 2 mins by car, and the beach resort of Coral Bay can be reached within 5 mins drive. Coral Bay is famous for it's protected sandy beach and has many international restaurants, bars, shops and nightclub. Paphos Town and harbour can be reached within 20 mins drive along the coastal road with Paphos Airport approximately 30 mins drive from the villa.

Outside
The exterior features landscaped gardens and a lower garden with a selection of fruit trees. There is a large private 10x5m pool featuring Roman steps with a large terrace area including six sunbeds and pool shower. The villa boasts two main dining terraces, one being covered to provide shade and include dining tables and chairs. A BBQ is also provided.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay is located a mere 5 minute drive away.
Golf
The 18-hole ‘Secret Valley Golf Club’ is a must for the golf enthusiast. With a club house and spa facilities and located 18km from Paphos, also you have the Aphrodite Hills Golf club located 20km from Paphos, and both are set in beautiful positions on the Island.
Travel
Paphos Airport is a 30 minutes drive away and Larnaca Airport is a 2 hours drive away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Peyia Village is a 2 minutes drive from the villa and Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive. 15 minute drive into 'Paphos Old Town' with its old market place, beautiful old port and castle with thousands of years history including the 'Tomb of the Kings'. The Akamas National Park is ideal for those that like walking and exploring with breathtaking views and secluded beaches and is only 10 minutes drive away.

A full meet and greet service is included. This ensures your holiday gets off to a perfect start by meeting you at a local landmark and escorting you to the villa and giving a brief run through of the features.

A 25% deposit is required when booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
