Villa Serafina is a beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom bungalow, newly built to a high standard. It is set in over a donum of land in a lovely location, a few minutes from the sea, with beautiful mountain views and lemon and olive groves to the front and rear of the villa. The young garden has several lemon trees, a shady patio area, having been newly planted with shrubs and trees. The villa is built around the 8x4m swimming pool. Every room has access to a sun terraced area, either poolside or by the garden. There is also a rooftop terrace with BBQ, table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining with amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. There are 6 loungers and 2 parasols provided. A welcome pack is provided for you upon arrival.

Outside
The large private garden surrounds the villa and has stunning views. There is a patio area, shady spots under the lemon trees, 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols provided, as well as two chairs. The pool is private, 8m x 4m, and faces the mountains. The BBQ area upstairs has a large table and 6 chairs, and the terrace outside the kitchen also has a table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sea is a 5 min walk away, with beaches in Lapta about a 5 min drive. Beaches such as Pegasos and Escape in Alsancak are about a 10 min drive.
Travel
Ercan airport( North Cyprus) is about 1 hour away and Larnaca(South Cyprus) about 1 hour 30 minutes. Car hire is not essential, as Lapta is within walking distance however, it is recommended.
Distances
Lapta is less than a 5 min drive away with the beautiful town of Girne about a 20 mins drive. Girne has a beautiful medieval harbour and castle. Bellapais Abbey is about 35 min from the villa and St Hilarion Castle about the same.
Further details
Lapta has several small shops within walking distance, the nearest supermarket is a 10 min drive away. There are many restaurants in Lapta and the nearby village of Alsancak ,as well as numerous bars and restaurants in Girne.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is payable on booking, the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable deposit of £250( for up to 2 week bookings) for breakages and excess electricity is also due 8 weeks prior to departure, the unused portion will be returned 1 week after the end of your holiday.
