Outside
Beautiful pool in communal landscape grounds with showers and wc, on a small complex of only 27 villas, sunbeds and carousels provided extra sunbeds at bottom of stairwell.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are only 10 mins walk. Or Coral Bay with its famous blue flag beach 10 mins by bus or car. Hotels do not own any of the beaches, you can use freely but if you use their sunloungers expect to pay a nominal charge.
Golf
3 excellent golf courses Tzada just 10 mins away by car, Secret Valley and Aphrodite 30 mins being the furthest away, recommend you book in peak season.
Skiing
Only an hour's drive away is Troodos Mountains with sking between January and March.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving recommended with Cy Dive, jetsking and other water sports put on at any of the hotels which you can use, sking and visiting Troodus mountains, shopping, numeros historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, Go-Karting, horse riding, walking groups, water parks and more...with an estimate 340 days of sunshine a year a must to visit.
Travel
Paphos airport is the nearest to the villa only 20 mins drive with Larnaca 2 hours drive.
Distances
Chloraka village is just up the hill 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk, small lovely village with little church, two banks which are friendly and helpful - you'll see the old cyprus that you read about with the old boys sitting outside chatting and playing back gammon. Famagusta tavern is also highly recommended a visit. With Papantonios supermarket selling everthing you'll require.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking which will be held for 3 days. Full payment is required 10 weeks before departure. Or last minute bookings in full at time of booking. Rentals are liable for any breakages or damage to the property.
