This charming air-conditioned bungalow set in attractive grounds is situated in the quiet village of Ozankoy and belongs to a private villa. Guests will have exclusive use of the pool and sunbeds as the main villa will not be occupied whilst the bungalow is booked. Ozankoy is only 5/10 minutes drive from both Bellepais and Kyrenia and has some lovely local restaurants and small shops and offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We would advise car hire during your stay. The property comprises of a cosy lounge with open fire and fully fitted kitchen. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a large shower room with extended shower.

Outside
The bungalow set in secluded walled landscaped gardens with original olive trees enjoys a large 10 x 5m swimming pool, garden furniture and barbeque plus wonderful views of both mountains and sea.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within 5/10 minutes drive but our favourite is at Catalkoy (Golden Sands) in a very pretty bay with its own beach bar - never crowded.
Golf
New Golf Course in Essentepe approximately 30 minute drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is at Ercan about 35 minutes drive away. Alternatively, it is possible to fly into Larnaca and then cross the border - maximum 2 hours. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
It would be a pity not to visit Bellepais Abbey during your stay as it is only a ten minute drive from the property as is Kyrenia with its picturesque harbour amd castle and many restaurants. The fairytale Hilarion Castle another must is only 5km away.
Further details
Boat trips are available from the Harbour and Scuba Diving from Turtle Beach. There are several local supermarkets close by and the many local restaurants provide both local and European food together with entertainment on certain nights of the week. HSBC have an ATM in Kyrenia.

25% non refundable deposit required on booking and the final payment will be due twelve weeks prior to commencement of your holiday (non refundable). Payment to be made direct into UK Bank details of which will be given on booking.
