This new fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor with stunning views of the large shared pool and sea from the spacious balcony. Set in a rural location on a small complex of 23 apartment and villas, approximately 5km from the village of Esentepe, just off the new coast road from Kyrenia to Tatlisu. There are several restaurants and bars within a short drive, and the nearest supermarket and butchers are in Esentepe village. The coast road takes you to the beautiful town of Kyrenia with its ancient harbour and castle with its many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. This is the perfect apartment to have a relaxing break, enjoying unspoilt surroundings, good food and amazing sunsets!

Just down a few steps from the apartment is the large shared pool and landscaped gardens. The balcony allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining.

Coast/Beach
A sandy beach is a 3 min drive away and a local fishing harbour is across the road from the complex.

Golf
A new pay and play 18-hole championship golf course and driving range is only a 10 min drive away.

Travel
Fly to Ercan (Northern Cyprus), Esentepe is 40 mins approx from airport. Fly to Larnaca (Southern Cyprus), Esentepe is 90 mins approx from airport. Car hire and transfers from bird rent-a-car who can transfer you to the aprtment and have your hire-car waiting for you.

Distances
The local village is 5km away and the ancient city of Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour is 30 mins drive from the resort. Turtle beach is a few kilometers down the coast road. The Loggerhead and Green Turtles can be seen on the night time tours laying their eggs and later in the season daytime guided visits show the hatching of the new babies. Several historic sites are within the vicinity.

Further details
The city of Kyrenia has all modern shops and facilities. Local hotels and casinos provide leisure activities and a local water park is nearby. Horse riding and paragliding are available along with other water sports.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance plus a £100 breakages deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. The £100 refundable breakages deposit will be returned within 14 days of vacating the bungalow subject to deductions for losses/damage. Long term winter rentals will be considered terms to be discussed.
