The Villa is located in Ayia Thekla on the coast road approximately 4 km from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach. The Villa boasts beautiful sea views from the garden and swimming pool. With large BBQ area it is ideal for the al-fresco lifestyle that Cyprus offers with over 340 days of sunshine each year. The Villa has space to relax with large upstairs terrace overlooking the pool and views of the sea, ideal for taking in the warm summer breeze over a bottle of wine. Ayia Napa boasts one of the busiest resorts on Cyprus with its many hundreds of bars, restaurants and Tavernas. There is also a good selection of nightclubs and disco bars for the young and lively. There are plenty of shops and most of all there are beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear blue seas. This resort has something for everyone no matter what age young or old.The quieter resort of Protoras is 10km away, with the pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni 6km away.

Change over day is Sunday, however this can be discussed at time of booking.

Accessibility
The property is wheelchair accessible with down stairs bedroom and bathroom, with large outside terrace with no steps.

Coast/Beach
The Villa is situated 200m from the sea. With the nearest beach at Potomos 500m away. Also 1km from Ayia Thekla Blue Flag beach.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at local forces base approximately 6km away, passes can be arranged. Also another course in Vikla near Limmasoll (foothills of Troodos mountains) both are ideal for beginners and handicapped golfers. There are also three championship courses in the west of the island approximately 11/2 - 2 hours away.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the winter months in the Troodos mountains. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four ski lifts. Two of them are in the north face of Mount Olympus. One is 350m long and the other is 500m long, the other two ski lifts are at Sun Valley south of Olympus and are 150m long.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca 40 minutes by car/taxi. We have a 5 seater mercedes car available to hire, we recommend use of a car to experience the beauty of Cyprus with its many exclusive coves and bays.
Distances
The town of Paralimni is 6km away.The nearest village is Leopetri 4km away and the World famous Water Park is 2km away.
Further details
There is a local mini market 200m from the Villa for all daily essentials. However a trip to the supermarket in Ayia Thekla or Paralimni is recommended. There you will find Banks, shops and everything you expect in a large town. Also the same applies to Ayia Napa.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of departure.
