Coral Bay is just 5 minutes away and Paphos Town centre is 20 minutes by car. This fantastic location offers glorious views to open fields and the crystal clear Mediterranean sea. The spacious rooms make this villa an ideal choice for a family holiday. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with its own private pool, rooftop balcony, gas barbecue and gardens with loungers and parasols.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available throughout the property for an additional local fee at the time of booking. The villa is on a single level and is ideal for children or for those who find stairs difficult. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The property is wheelchair accessible and is all on one level.
Outside
There is a private pool measuring 10x4m with roman steps for easy access. Pool toys and inflatables are provided. There is an outside shower. Gas BBQ, hammock, 6 sun loungers with parasols. Patio table with six chairs and cushions. The gardens and pool are regularly maintained to a high standard.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful St. George harbour with beach and picturesque Church is a 5 min walk away as is the exclusive Sea Caves area. Coral Bay beach is a 5 min car journey and offers a large sandy beach with loungers and sun shades, water sports, snack bars, lively atmosphere and music all day. There is a large sandy beach at Lara Bay nature reserve where the turtles come in to lay their eggs 10 mins by car. There are many delightful beaches and coves to explore all within easy reach of the villa.
Golf
Paphos has been described as the new jewel in the crown for golfers. If offers challenging world class courses with all year round sunshine. Tsada Golf Club: The course is 15 mins drive north of Paphos Town and is on an elevated position 550m above sea level which ensures cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to par 72 and measures 6060m. The clubhouse facilities include a bar, restaurant, tennis, outdoor pool, driving range and putting green. Secret Valley Golf Club: It is located 18km east of Paphos and lies within a scenic valley offering panoramic views. It is an 18 hole course that plays to a par of 72 and measures 6020m. Aphrodie Hills Golf Course: It is 17km east of Paphos. It's a championship standard course that plays to a par of 70/71 and measures 6232m.
Skiing
The villa is approximately 1 hour drive from the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest measuring 6400m. Facilities include skiing and snowboarding. The Kykkos monastery and Caledonia are also nearby.
Travel
Car hire is recommended to make full use of all that the island has to offer. Consider a 4x4 if you want to explore off the beaten track. Paphos Airport is approx 30mins by car. Larnaca Airport is approx 1.5 hours by car. Limassol is the nearest port.
Distances
Pegia Village with local bars, shops, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants is 5 mins by car. Coral Bay beach, restaurants, bars, shops is 5 mins by car. Paphos town with shops, international restaurants, harbour area, tourist attractions, bars, night clubs is 20 mins by car.
Further details
The villa makes a superb base for exploring the whole island with everything easily accessible by car. There are a multitude of water sports and activities to suit all tastes and ages including: golf, riding, water parks, walking, diving, nature watching, skiing. Tradition, history, nature and adventure is all catered for in abundance. Or equally just kick back and relax and enjoy the peaceful, tranquil location. There are a number of Tavernas/bars within walking distance of the villa.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Returnable damage deposit of £250 at time of booking. Air conditioning is charged at local rate of £30 per week at time of booking.
