Changeover day
With 5 villas we are flexible about change over days, mid week flights are usually much cheaper. On day of arrival villas are available from 3pm, guests are asked to vacate by 10.30 am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and living rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, the A/Cs have reverse cycle for heating in the winter. The villas all have irons and ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and large fridge/freezers. The beds all have good firm mattresses, cotton bedding and dual duvets for spring and winter. Towels (not beach towels) are provided. A change of bedding is provided for lets of two weeks or more. All the villas have a free pay as you go local mobile phone (this is much cheaper than using your UK phone) and each has a Sony Playstation 2 with a large selection of games available. There is a large amount of local information in the villas.
Accessibility
The properties are unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The 8 x 4 overflow pools are heated, with pool lights and the area is flood lit.There is a covered area with dining table and chairs adjacent to the barbeque. There are chairs, tables, sun loungers, umbrellas and everything for the easy outdoor life.
Coast/Beach
The villas are sited between the coast road and the beach, with some 400m distant. Besides our private beach there is Green Coast with bar, restaurant and watersports, (wakeboarding and water skiing) and we are a short drive from Escape Beach with all its facilities.
Many of our guests go diving at the excellent Turtle Bay Dive Centre.
Golf
There is a small popular Golf course at Guzelyurt to the West and the new course at Esentepe to the East both are about a 45 min drive. Both are available on a 'pay and play' basis and usually booking is not necessary (but may soon be required at Esentepe).
Skiing
Skiing is a mere 1.5 hours away on the Troodos Mountains in the South via the Bostanci crossing. The skiing is limited but fun. Equipment is for hire and the season starts mid Jan and runs to end of March. Live web cams provide good information of the current conditions. The costs are very reasonable.
Special interest holidays
The villas are owned by Cyprus Active who offer a selection of walking and mountain biking programmes. The villas are used all year round by groups, some doing the Kyrenia Mountain Trail, The Three Castles walk etc (see: www.kyreniamountaintrail.org for details). They also offer trail biking, trial biking and road motor cruising days out, and have mountain bike fr hire. They have 17 and 12 seater minibuses and people movers, so can provide transport and airport collections.
Travel
Ercan is our nearest Airport and but increasingly we use Larnaca in the South. They are 45 and 75 min away respectively. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire to suit, often on very advantageous terms.
Distances
On the coast road there are Dolmesh minibuses (shared taxis) every few minutes. They cost pence and are very safe. Kyrenia harbour and other areas are all easily accessable.
Further details
We have two very popular and reasonable restaurants/bars within 100m of the villas. There are 25 eateries and bars within 600m and there are supermarkets nearby. Eating out is very reasonable: £8 a head is not unusual and beer at present is 90p per pint.
Booking notes
Payment in full if booking within 8 weeks of departure. Otherwise a 50% deposit at time of booking with the full balance 8 weeks before departure. Cancellations. 50% before 8 weeks 100% within the 8 weeks. If properties re let for the same period full refund.

Our party of 15 ranging from babes in arms to elderly grand parents was potentially not going to be easy. If fact it was a dream, by having the 3 adjacent villas it worked very well. We shall return! A.G. Willenhall.
