Villa Tatiana is the perfect holiday accommodation for those with young families or those who wish to get away from it all. The villa is brand new and has 3 bedrooms, air-conditioning throughout, private pool and all the modern conveniences you would expect from a luxury villa. Villa Tatiana is situated in a small exclusive gated development which overlooks the Mediterranean sea, the beach is only a few hundred metres from your front door. For those staying with young children the swimming pool can be fitted with a safety fence for your peace of mind and we can also supply baby/toddler packs (please see our website for more details and photographs of Villa Tatiana).

Changeover day
Although Saturday to Saturday changeover day is preferred, we can be flexible on this. Arrival time is from 3.30pm and departure is before 11.30am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has full central heating. We feel Villa Tatiana is perfect for those holidaying with young children or babies. We have a pool safety fence, stair gates, steriliser, cots, baby monitor, toys, car seats, etc the list goes on!

Outside
Outside the villa there is a 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool with pool shower. We can also supply a safety fence for the pool for those of you with young children.
The veranda wraps around 2 sides of the villa and overlooks the pool, where there is a wooden table and 6 chairs and 4 comfy rattan chairs. The garden has a real Meditteranean feel to it having been landscaped with Hibiscus, Birds of Paradise, Palms and Jasmine. There are 2 lemon and 1 orange tree and at the back of the house there is an aromatic herb garden.
Coast/Beach
There is a quiet and untouched sandy beach only a minutes walk from the villa. Watersports are available.
Travel
Larnaca airport is around 12km drive from the villa. Although there is a small mini-market within a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and a few tavernas, we recommend you hire a car for more choice of shops, restaurants and sightseeing.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. 8 weeks prior to arrival at Villa Tatiana we require the full balance including a £250 refundable damage deposit.
