The apartment is on the third floor at Hilltop Village, opposite the large communal swimming pool, approximately 3 kms from the small coastal fishing village of Bogaz where there are restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a large spacious living area, with air conditioning/heating. Off the living area is a covered balcony with views to the sea and stairs leading to the large roof terrace. Both bedrooms are air conditioned with views to the Kantara mountains. Bedroom 1 has an en suite shower room. North Cyprus remains wonderfully unspoilt with many secluded golden sandy beaches, clear mediterranean seas and beautiful forested mountains, it enjoys long dry summers and mild winters.

Outside
The apartment overlooks the large communal overflow swimming pool and patio area with loungers and umbrellas. Other communal swimming pools are available behind and around the village. Parking is available in front of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches include Bafra beach approximately 9kms towards karpaz peninusula, and from Bogaz (3K) to Famagusta (16K) is one long beach with many beach restaurants, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Most of the quiet, unspoilt beaches can be found when driving along the Karpaz peninsula.
Golf
Newly opened the spectacular Korinium Esentepe Golf and Country Club set amoungst the Besparmak mountains with stunning views of both mountains and the sea.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan in North Cyprus approximately 45-60mins drive away. Alternatively, you can fly to Larnaca in South Cyprus and cross the border into the North, transfer time approximately 1.5 hours. Car hire is recommended to explore the island. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged before arrival.

Lemar supermarket south of Bogaz aproximately 5km.
Bank and chemist towards Famagusta approximately 8km.
Places of interest include Salamis ruins towards Famagusta, Crusader Castles of Kyrenia, Kantara, Buffavento and St Hilarion and the Karpaz peninsula.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure or in full on any bookings made within 8 weeks of departure.
Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged to be paid with final balance. Bookings can be reserved for up to 3 days to check for available flights.
