Featuring a spacious entrance hall, separate dining room, separate lounge, large landing, extra large kitchen / breakfast room and more, this house is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and offer complete privacy with many shaded areas to sit outside, - ‘Somerset Maughan’ style. There is an air of the exotic Far East, perhaps Singapore or Malaysia.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, huge fridge / freezer and every convenience possible. There is a breakfast room; utility with washing machine / tumble drier; lounge with large screen TV, VCR, DVD, receiving all the UK channels; dining room and guest cloak room

Changeover on any day, but Saturday and Wednesday recommended due to the availability of flights.

| Kitchen: | A very large kitchen houses everything one would expect in an expensive home. With items such as an electric powered bottle opener there is nothing a visitor might need. |
| Utility Room: | Housing a washer / dryer machine there is an additional sink unit together with all the usual cleaning materials etc. A cleaner vists the house every week with a mid stay clean if the rental period is more than one week. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining room has an extending table seating 8 guests. The carpeted lounge is 24' x 15' with 2 large 3 seat sofas, and a matching 'relaxer' seat. There is a 32" TV, DVD / VCR and Sat decoder offering all UK channels. |

The house is cleaned once a week, - freshly laundered sheets and towels are provided weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The Carob Trees is the personal home of the owners for 9 months of the year, this explains the extremely high standard of furnishing, decor, equipment and overall accommodation. There is septic tank drainage which excludes the use of disposable nappies etc. The garden has numerous trees and shrubs which could be a danger to small children.It is not suitable for small children and the age limit is set at 4 yrs.

Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to the front door from the parking area but it would be difficult in all other areas.
Outside
Extensive gardens makes a stay here quite exclusive. There are tall trees surrounding the garden on 3 sides which provides privacy and yet there are views to the Mediterranean from all the balconies. There is an under cover barbecue with a table and chairs seating 6, separated from the main house giving an air of tranquility. A tiled patio runs along the length of the rear of the house overlooking the pool and garden, with the overhead fans this is where most people sit and enjoy the extensive garden. The pool is heated and is nomally at 30'c+ all summer.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is just 5 minutes away with warm safe swimming. To the north along the Akamas peninsula there are numerous swimming and scuba diving locations but professional advice is recommended. Laura beach is 30 minutes away where the turtles can be seen laying their eggs.
Golf
There are 3 good golf courses. Tsada is 30 minutes, Secret Valley 40 minutes and Aphrodite Hills a further 5 minutes beyond.
Special interest holidays
Visiting the Turkish area is now very easy by car through Nicosia and trips to Famagusta and Kyrenia are recommended.
Travel
Paphos airport is an easy 30 minutes drive mainly on a highway. Larnaca airport is 2 hours on a very safe highway.
Nicosia (Ercan airport) is a 2 1/2 hours drive and is inside the Turkish region of Cyprus, visitors to/from Turkey use this airport.
Distances
Peyia (Pegeia) village is only a 2 minute drive and offers everything a visitor might need from restaurants and a supermarket to a doctors surgery. Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive and has a range of facilities more in keeping with a holiday resort with bars, nightclubs, restaurants, banks and general shopping facilities.
Further details
Paphos is a world heritage centre of interest and has Roman remains including several mosaic sites.

A 30% deposit is requested with the initial booking and the remainder 2 months prior to arrival.
