Villa Callista is a modern, air conditioned luxury 2 bedroom property with private pool. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, in a contemporary style. Set in an quiet, elevated position with stunning views over Paphos, the sea and mountains. The traditional Cypriot village square of Tala is close by, with a small selection of bars and restaurants, two small supermarkets and a quaint old church. A 5 mins drive takes you to St Neophytos Monastery, and the beaches of Coral Bay and the town of Paphos is only a 10-15 mins drive away. Here you will find a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and amenities, together with a wonderful historic harbour. 3 superb golf courses are close by, as is the Akamas Peninsula with its many beautiful beaches and traditional villages. Watersports, diving and horse riding are available locally. Paphos airport is only a 20 min drive and Larnaca airport is less than 2 hrs away. Car hire is recommended to make the most of this beautiful area.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 on the first floor with a king size bed. The room has stunning views over the swimming pool and sea and a large terrace with table, chairs and hammock. Bedroom 2 on the first floor with twin beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath and shower adjacent to Bedroom 1. En suite shower room to Bedroom 2. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Modern, fully fitted kitchen complete with cooker, halogen hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of utensils and crockery for all your needs. There is also an iron and ironing board and airer. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living and dining area, with dining table and chairs to seat 6. Two large leather sofas, coffee table/lamp table, TV/audio unit with large flatscreen TV, DVD and CD players and a selection of DVDs for your use. Stairs lead to the first floor. |
| Other: | There is a large wraparound verandah with patio doors leading from the living room, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The main bedroom also has large terrace. The second bedroom has a small balcony with mountain views. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Good quality bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The swimming pool is cleaned weekly. Please provide your own beach towels. |

Outside
The villa has a large swimming pool with a spacious paved sun terrace complete with sunbeds, parasol, pool shower and stunning sea views. On the shaded terrace is a table complete with four chairs for outside dining. A gas barbecue is also provided. The sun terrace has its own outside lights and there is a private driveway to the villa.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Coral Bay are a 10-15 minute drive away, along roads bordered by orange and lemon groves and banana plantations. There are also several small beaches along the Paphos to Coral Bay road. Further along the coast is the Akamas National Park, with many beautiful beaches and coves.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course which has been recently refurbished is less than 10 minutes drive away. This is a beautiful 18 hole course, set within the grounds of an historic monastery. It has an excellent driving range and short game practice area, together with clubhouse and restaurant/bar. The famous Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley Golf Courses are both within 25 -30 minutes drive, and both have excellent facilities. Aphrodite Hills is a 5 star resort in its own right, and has a superb driving range, proshop and clubhouse serving meals and snacks. Secret Valley is located next to Aphrodite Hills and again provides excellent facilities, together with a superb clubhouse and restaurant. Both Tsada and Secret Valley are run under the same management and have a more club atmosphere, whilst Aphrodite Hills is a resort complex in its own right.
Skiing
There is a short skiing season between January and March in the Troodos mountains which are approximately 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Paphos airport is only 20 minutes drive away and the airport of Larnaca is within a 2 hour drive. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy this beautiful part of Cyprus.
Distances
The main village square of Tala is a 2 minute drive away, whilst Coral Bay and Paphos are both within a 10-15 minute drive. Lovely Pissouri bay, close to Aphrodite's rock, is 30 minutes drive. Polis and Latchi on the west coast are reached within 45 minutes drive. Limassol is less than 1 hours drive, and Larnaca and Nicosia are within a 2 hour journey.
Further details
The village square in Tala has a couple of bars, several local tavernas, an international restaurant and two small supermarkets for everyday needs. There is also an Italian restaurant within a 2 minute drive. Paphos has a wide range of shops, banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a daily market. Paphos is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with many historical sites to see. Close to the villa is the 12th century St Neophytos monastery.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable upon booking, with the balance (including charge for air conditioning if required) due 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full.
