Lime Tree Villa is set amongst olive groves and citrus trees in the foothills below the charming village of Alsancak, 5km west of Kyrenia. Built in 2005 this beautifully constructed and lovingly furnished villa, benefits from fantastic mountain and sea views. The villa is situated close to the popular Riverside Holiday Village and is 1.5 km from Escape Beach (widely recognized as one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean). A large newly built supermarket is within walking distance, well stocked with all recognized brands, not to mention local fresh produce and an impressive delicatessen. There is also a wide selection of friendly / good quality bars and restaurants nearby.

Lime Tree Villa was designed, built and furnished to cater for both couples and families alike. The villa boasts air conditioning throughout and a good selection of books, DVDs, CD's, childrens games etc, are at hand for your use. For families with young children, peace of mind is assured as both terraces leading to the pool area are gated.

Outside
Privacy is ensured as the villa is surrounded by a stone wall with gates leading to a large spacious driveway/landscaped gardens. There is a private 9m x 4m overflow pool fully equipped with loungers, garden furniture and outside shower. The pool area is served by 2 terraces ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining. The terraces leading to the pool are gated for child safety.
Coast/Beach
Northern Cyprus is renowned for its beautiful coastline and sandy beaches. The villa is fortunate to be positioned ideally for Escape Beach (1.5km) and Camelot Beach (1km). Both beaches have excellent facilities (Accredited SCUBA Diving, water sports, restaurants and bars) with the sea temperature reaching a very pleasant 32oC during the summer months.
Travel
Served by two international airports (Larnaca and Ercan). We feel the easiest & most direct route would be to fly to Larnaca. All recognised carriers (i.e. Cyprus Airways, Thomas Cook, First Choice etc.) offering flights from major UK airports. To ensure total peace of mind, arrangements would be made to collect and deliver your party direct to the villa. We will also collect and deliver you back to the airport at the end of your stay. Car hire is not essential but recommended.
Distances
The village of Alsancak is situated on the coast road 3km east of Lapta and 5km west of Kyrenia.
Further details
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks/cashpoint facilities, places of interest etc. are within close proximity of the villa. A detailed information pack/brochure is available on request.
