Notes on accommodation
All rooms have airconditioning and can be reversed for the winter months for heating as well. These must not be left on while property is not occupied as they are quite expensive to run and we do not charge any extra for their use.

Outside
Private parking situated at the side of the villa. Decorative stone and plants to the front of the property. To the rear of the property is a covered veranda area with a table and seating for up to 6 people. The pool is 3.5m x 7m with a paved surround in natural stone. There is an outside shower. The property is south facing. There are 6 sun loungers with tables and umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
4km to beach by car. Timi beach is used by the locals and has a barbecue area in wooded surrounds, 5km. Pissori is another beautiful beach area.
Golf
The villa is close to 3 golf courses situated in Paphos, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Skiing
Skiing is available in Troodos Mountains situated approx 1 hour from Paphos from November to February.
Special interest holidays
There is a local clay shooting club approx. 7 minutes from villa, via motorway, near cement works. It is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. With 4 FITASC layouts and Skeet. Limasol gun club 45 minutes away open 6 days a week, 4 FITASC layouts, Trench, Skeet, Kompact Sporting. Beretta gun club near Limassol haven't been there yet.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 15 minutes. All major car hire companies are at the airport and the taxis are very cheap. Driving is on the same side of the road as UK so no bumping into people.From Paphos to Limasol their is a public bus the cost of which is just loose change?
Distances
Konia is 2 mins walking distance. There are 2 restaurants which are very cheap, meze very nice too. You will come home very fat so be careful, some meze have up to 21 courses! Paphos Harbour is 7 minutes drive, there are lots to see and do and plenty to eat, Drink and be merry.
Booking notes
10% deposit on booking, non-refundable, balance payable 8 weeks before departure. £100 security deposit required, returned after villa is checked and keys returned.

'What can we say, Fabulous! The villa is so easy to find and minutes from the airport. Airport staff are so friendly and car hire was effortless. The villa can be found in a quiet area just out of town. We had two families in our party, four adults, children aged 13, 9, 2 and 1. The 2 year old slept on an air bed and the 1 year old in a travel cot, both provided by owners with linen. Even though there was eight of us, the villa was so spacious. The design, layout and decor is to a high standard and there is nothing that has been overlooked. All the facilities anyone requires are all provided. The swimming pool is superb with sun loungers for the sun worshipers, pool accessories and a gas barbecue for the budding chefs! Local restaurants are within walking distance, very friendly and extremely cheap. The beaches, town and major shops are a short drive away 5-10 minutes and so easy to find, you'll be driving around like a local in no time.' clairehammond@talktalk.net
