This brand new villa is set within its own landscaped gardens opposite the communal pool. Zeytinlik is approximately one mile from Kyrenia and the heart of this ancient village is a short walk away and offers a popular bar and a good restaurant that serves local specialities of mezes and kebabs. Furnished to a very high standard.

Notes on prices
Prices include welcome pack clean in and out plus mid week clean for two week stays. Gas, electric and water (excluding bottled water for dispenser). Full use of swimming pool up to 10pm. Please contact the owners for long let discounted rates. Extra person per week £75 winter £100 summer let.

Coast/Beach
Kyrenia has a range of beaches. Turtle beach is a short drive away and various private beaches are a short drive by car approx 10 mins.
Travel
Ercan airport is approximately 45 mins away by car. Larnaca airport is approximately 1 15 mins by car. Larnaca is on the south side of the island but you can cross throught the border for up to three months at a time.
Distances
Kyrenia is only 5 mins away by car. It is a beautiful historic harbour lined with restaurants and bars, casinos and local shopping. The village of Zeytinlik is only a few minutes away by foot and has a good selection of local cuisine.
Further details
The Aspro supermarket is located at the bottom of the hill where most provisions can be bought. The main road is lined with various restaurants and bars and take aways. HSBC bank is located in Kyrenia and cash point machines are very accessible. Kyrenia harbour offers a beautiful scene by night and day, plenty of boat trips to choose from.
Booking notes
Deposit is 20% of the rental, if someone cancelled after booking we would require 50% of the intial deposit of 20%. The deposit once paid is non-returnable to the client.
The balance of the rental is to be paid 6-8 weeks prior to departure date. Should a client cancel within 28 days prior to their departure a cancellation charge equal to the total holiday price will be payable less their deposit. However if we are able to relet for the duration of their holiday only the deposit will be lost.
