Banana Breeze is a new luxury 3 bedroom single storey Villa with all modern facilities set in a private location with its own private pool. The Villa overlooks the sea in the exclusive area of Sea Caves, 10 km, North West of Paphos harbour. Nestled on the edge of the Akamas National Park and close to the picturesque fishing village of Agios Georgios, the Sea Caves area enjoys absolutely stunning views over the protected coastline and across the Mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets for you to enjoy. Whilst Cyprus gets very hot in high summer, there is often a breeze at Sea Caves that gently blows through the many local banana plantations in the area, hence our name. The Villa has been individually designed and is one of a small group that has been entered for a prestigious local architectural award. All the bedrooms are en-suite and several of the rooms have exceptional high vaulted ceilings to keep you cool. The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout.

Accessibility
Whilst the property has not been specifically modified for people with mobility problems it is on a single level, has no stairs and may be suitable for such people. Please discuss with the owners.
Outside
The pool which can be heated (April - October) is 6m x 4m with Roman steps for easy access. The garden is maintained weekly with the gardens weeded and tidied and the lawn cut. The garden shed contains the garden furniture (apart from the patio furniture cushions). 6 Sun Loungers, 4 Stacking Chairs & 2 Folding Chairs. 2 Large Blue Umbrellas, 1 Small Blue/White Umbrella and pool inflatables. The bases for the umbrellas are movable and are located on the patio itself. The BBQ has an electric motor and transformer for spit roasting. The garden also contains 2 loggias offering both privacy and shade.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches to Banana Breeze are 5 minutes by car:
Coral Bay Beach to the left of the Coral Bay Hotel has a big beach with lots of sunshades/lounges. It has a shallow safe sea for paddling and bathing. Lots of water sports and 2 newly built snack bars, one being quite lively with music playing all day. Corralia Beach to the right of the Coral Bay hotel is much quieter but is very attractive with safe bathing and an excellent restaurant/beach bar overlooking the sea.
Golf
Tsada Golf Club: The club is situated near Tsada village, 15 minutes' drive north of Paphos town. Founded in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, it is set in the grounds of a 12th Century monastery in a gentle valley. Created by Donald Steel, it plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m. At an altitude of 550m above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer. The clubhouse facilities include a bar, restaurant, tennis, outdoor swimming pool, a driving range and putting green.
The Secret Valley Golf Club: It is located 18km east of Paphos and 49km from Limassol, near 'Petra tou Romiou'. It is an 18-hole course, plays to a par 72 and measures 6,158m. Set in the mountains with wonderfull backdrops and an abundance of beautifull flowers and plants the course offers a tough but fair challenge.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains offers skiers an opportunity in the winter months for some excellent skiiing although the runs are quite short.
Special interest holidays
The villa is 10 minutes away from the Akamas Peninsula which is a paradise for walkers, especially in the spring.
Travel
Car hire is recommended as there is so much to see nearby especially the Akamas Peninsula. Nearest airport is Paphos.
Distances
5 minutes from the excellent beaches at Coral and Corralia Bay.15 minutes from the Tomb of the Kings and other world heritage sites. 30 minutes from Paphos International Airport.
20 mins from Tsada Golf Club. 30 mins from The Secret Valley Golf Club. 10 mins from Akamas* National Park. 3 mins from the nearest Horse Riding Stables.

There are a number of TavernasTestaurants within walking distance of the villa. It is only 5 minutes by car to many other local restaurants and shops in Coral bay and surrounding areas.

25% deposit required 8 weeks in advance. Damage Deposit of £300. Prices for pool heating for April to October should be discussed with the owners. Special rates apply for Xmas week.
