This property was built in 2005, located in a quiet residential area, furnished to the highest standard in an award winning complex of exceptional design and finish. A one bedroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful garden area. This apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. There is a local supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars and tavernas all located within a few minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest supermarket is only 50m away.

Changeover day
Clients are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on their changeover day. If there is no arrival the following day alternative arrangements can be possible. There are however showers beside the pool area if needed.

Bedrooms: Bedroom with a king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes hairdryer and electric hair tongs plus patio door leading out to the large covered balcony.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower, wc and hand basin.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board included. Fresh water drinking fountain. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket. In fact everything you need in a kitchen.
Living Rooms: Spacious living room with dining area consisting of a large leather sofa, TV, DVD/CD player, coffee table and dining table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
White towels and bed linen is provided. A mid stay clean and change of towels is available at a cost of 38Euros. Please enquire when booking. Beach towels are not included.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is in a quiet location ideal for couples who just want to chill out for a week or two. The rooms are spacious, cool and airy, with the coevered balcony adds to the relief of the midday sun during the height of summer. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Outside
Loungers available beside pool area. If the loungers are all taken by the pool side, we have two in the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car drive.

Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Travel
Paphos International Airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx 30 Euros depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is 100 Euros and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the harbour at frequent intervals and are very cheap. We also have a bus service right outside the apartment which will take you into the Harbour area for 1 euro. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.

Distances
The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free. It's really easy to visit to the towns and villages around Kato Paphos.

Further details
The apartment is very well located providing an excellent base to explore Paphos including the many historical sites such as The Tomb of the Kings, The House of Dionysus Mosaics. Overlooking the mosaics is Paphos Castle which was originally built as a Byzantine fort to protect the harbour and not far away is St. Paul's pillar. Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.

Booking notes
Apartment booking options can be held for four days. After which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure plus a £100 breakage and key loss deposit which will be promptly refunded once the property has been inspected. About the owner
We are a married couple with two grown up boys. My husband and I have visited Cyprus many time and decided that we loved the country so much we would like to buy a property here. It is the best decision we have made. Unfortunately due to work commitments with my husband we do not have the opportunity to come over as much as we would like. Hopefully when we both are retired we will spend much more time there. In the mean time our family and friends enjoy our second home. We decided to rent the apartment to visitors as we wanted other people to enjoy what we experience every time we open the door into our apartment.
