The villa is situated in a secluded cul-de-sac. From the private driveway there are eight steps down to the property then everything is on the same level. The villa is just a 5 minute stroll from the centre of the traditional village of Tala, where you will find several tavernas, restaurants and grocers shops all with a 'local feel'.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Sunday, although this is flexible, and latest departure time (unless agreed beforehand) is 12 noon.

The property is cleaned before and after arrival. Towels and linen are changed weekly with the exception of beach towels which are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fitted with air conditioning and the lounge and bedroom 1 also have ceiling fans. The villa also benefits from central heating for the cooler winter months. Everything is on the same level so the property is suitable for children but extra care and supervision should be excercised around the pool. The villa is fitted with a security alarm and a small safe for personal possessions.

Outside
The villa is surrounded by landscaped garden with plants, flowers and fruit trees. The private pool which is 8 x 4 metres has Roman steps and a pool-side shower. The large stone tiled patio area has garden furniture including sun beds. A gas barbeque is also to be found on the poolside patio.
Coast/Beach
Kamares is a prestigious residential development which has the great benefit of cooler, less humid air during the hot summer months. Kamares Village has its own club with restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Due to its elevated position there are spectacular views from Kamares down to the coastline around Paphos and Coral Bay which are a 15 minute drive away.
Golf
Nearby Tsada is an 18 hole Golf Course and there are a further two courses within a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Car hire is recommended.
Paphos airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from the villa with Larnaca airport 90 minutes away.
Distances
A 10 minute drive will take you to Paphos town and a further 5 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history; here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife.
Further details
Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. From Kamares you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular nature reserve, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines.

4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
