The villa is very pleasing to the eye with its attractive Mediterranean design and private 10 x 5 m kidney shaped overflow swimming pool. Numerous terraces are available for sunbathing or keeping cool and the solid wooden shutters keep out the glare of the hot sun. Serendipity comprises of a spacious sitting room with solid, rustic chairs and television with DVD player and selection of films. The kitchen is well equipped and an arch leads to the dining area. The 2 downstairs bedrooms open onto the delightful pool area and have air conditioning. Bedroom2 has a double bed with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes, and bedroom 3 has twin beds, air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom between the two bedrooms. The wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and has a double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and 2 doors opening onto a good-sized part- covered balcony with views along the mountain range and down to the sea.
