This spacious, quality apartment has been furnished to high standards, is part of a small complex of 10 luxury apartments, ideally situated near the historic site of The Tomb of Kings, with shops, bars, restaurants & banks near by. It is also near to the beach & the Paphos Old Town with its shops, bars, restaurants & daily covered market has a wonderful panoramic view of the Paphos coastline. The lively Tourist Area is also closeby & near to the ancient Harbour, Fort, Lighthouse and Mosaics. Coral Bay, a Blue Flag beach, is 15 minutes drive down the coast with Lara Bay, where the turtles come to lay their eggs, is the picturesque, rugged Akamas Peninsular a little further along the coast. The apartment provides 2 twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite, the other with Jack'nJill bathroom & veranda. The spacious lounge/diner has a balcony overlooking the pool, leading to a fully fitted kitchen. All with aircon & ceiling fans. Covered parking & private sun terrace with sea view.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time not before 15.00 and you are requested to vacate the apartment by midday (pool and changing rooms may still be used until your departure). For very late departures please ring us for possible extended checkout.

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for children and the elderly, but care should be taken when accessing the sun roof. The air conditioning can be adjusted by temperature to provide heating and the ceiling fans can be reversed to draw down the hot air if needed. A no smoking policy in the apartment is requested.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm.
Outside
The property is entered up a wide staircase via a small maintained colourful garden which surrounds the serviced, communal pool being approx 5m x 10m in size. 4 sun beds are provided by the pool alonf with communal umbrellas, & 4 loungers on the private sun terrace. The patio from the lounge area has a table & 4 chairs, suitable for dining. Covered parking is under the central block. Poolside facilities of shower, WC, changing/storage room are available and useful for late departures.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is 15 minutes stroll (2km) from Paphos beach.
A local bus service runs every 15 minutes to the Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay with watersports available. Further along the coast is the pretty Agios Georgois, Lara Bay (turtle beach), the rugged Akamas peninsular & the Baths of Aphrodite.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is closest at about 15kms and takes about 20 mins by car. Limassol Airport is about 70kms.
A taxi from Paphos Airport to the apartment will cost approx 30 Euro. A taxi can be pre-arranged for your arrival into Paphos when booking your stay. Car hire is available locally, on the Tomb of Kings Road, but is not essential, but reccommended if you want to travel around the Island. In some cases a 4x4 may come in handy for the mountain roads.
Distances
Paphos Old Town with its shops bars and restaurants is about a 15 minute stroll, with the Tourist Area being slightly further away. Local supermarkets and market gardens are just 5 minutes away along with shops, bars, restaurants and banks which are found on the Tomb of the Kings Road.

The Old Town of Paphos has everthing that is required to enjoy your holiday, bars, shops, restaurants, banks supermarkets and the daily market. The Tourist Area several, kilometers down the road has all the entertainment needed to enjoy a lively holiday. Paphos has two golf courses are within easy reach - Secret Valley and Tsada, with Go Karting, the Waterpark, Catacombs, Tomb of the Kings, the Mosaics and Museums all within several kilometres of the apartment.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, balance payable 5 weeks before departure. Damage Deposit of £120 is also required with balance, but will be returned to you subsequent to checking the apartment after your departure. Bookings made less than 20 days from departure date, please contact the owner for special reduced rates. Taxis, Welcome packs, beach towels and air-con are optional extras which can be supplied.
