Sited in a quiet residential location above the town Sea Pearls Villa offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy a large private pool during the day while admiring the stunning mountain backdrop, the spectacular sunsets and the views of Kyrenia at night. Notes on prices
Prices are per week for 6 persons. Additional numbers will attract a supplement. Reduced rates for smaller families / groups of less than 5 or couples who want a romantic and luxurious break are negotiable on request.
Changeover day
Flexible. Modern professional taxis can be arranged to take you directly to and from the airport with a hire car awaiting your arrival at the villa (all at the lowest possible prices).

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included (plus a weekly laundry change for 10 day plus or longer lets). Guests are required to bring own beach/sunbathing towels. A property manager will meet and greet during your stay and offer any assistance or advice. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in every room (central heating for the rare cooler months). Ground floor double bedroom for less mobile. All electrical points are UK 3 pin sockets (no need for adaptors). Private and quiet residential cul-de-sac makes it a safe venue for younger families or couples who wish to have a restful retreat.
No noisy nightclubs or bars nearby (prevalent in other areas) so daytime serenity and peaceful nights guaranteed.

Accessibility
Ground floor bedroom (with own bathroom and shower) provides utility for the less mobile or security for families with infants or toddlers. Cots / high chairs can be made available at a modest hire cost.
Outside
Large private swimming pool (5m x 10m) with generous sunbathing areas and plenty of sunbeds, parasols, outside shower. Front patio and rear verandah with extra large parasol and tables and chairs to seat 8 plus BBQ area. Outside lighting throughout (including poolside and underwater). Borders and planters contain flowers, palms, jasmine climbers, lemon and orange trees. Importantly there is no noise from adjacent nightclubs or holiday complexes (prevalent in other areas). Incredible mountain views and views across the Mediterranean (all from pool level!)
Coast/Beach
A variety of family friendly beaches (as close as 10 mins drive away) plus modern hotel beach and watersport resorts (small charge for all day entry). Children's Waterpark only 15 mins drive away. Why not drive further along the coast and enjoy secluded non-tourist beaches and coves.
Golf
18 hole brand new championship course (opened Nov 06) 20 mins drive away with driving range and opportunities to enjoy daily green fees and equipment rental. Fabulous clubhouse and restaurant provides an ideal venue for evening drinks and a meal. Owner plays there - a beautiful course and a tough challenge!
Travel
20 mins from local airport (Ercan). 1 hour 15 mins from Larnaca / 2 hours from Paphos. Taxis can be arranged from airport but a hire car once established is important to make the most of your holiday. Why not ask the owners for advice on how best to travel (they are seasoned travellers to Cyprus). Their personal recommendation? Established flights to Larnaca and transfers to villa offer the widest and most cost effective choice.
Distances
Kyrenia harbour is less than 10 mins drive (or a 30 min walk from the villa). The beautiful Bellapais Abbey is 5 minutes drive and Nicosia (Capital) is only a 20 mins drive away.
Further details
Large modern supermarket / chemist / restaurants / internet cafes 5 mins drive. Banks / money changing (with ATMs) 10 mins away. Best rates acquired locally (rather than UK) and shops take Sterling as well as Turkish Lira. Why not contact the owners direct for holiday advice and an idea about local facilities.
Booking notes
Once details passed via telephone / email then dates secured by non-refundable 20% payment. Balance paid 8 weeks before arrival date. If cancellation notice given before 4 weeks then balance is refunded in full. Cancellation notice less than 4 weeks in advance 50% fee returned. Reduced rates can be negotiated for smaller families (less than 5) or couples who wish to enjoy a secluded holiday experience in a luxurious setting.
