The villa is set in a third of an acre and is very bright and airy. It has an open plan downstairs which includes a large lounge and an archway through to a very large kitchen diner. It has three very large bedrooms upstairs all with their own terraces with stunning views of the sea, mountains, or both. There are a further three terraces downstairs which include a large pool terrace area with an 5m x 10m overflow pool. The gardens are young but include palm trees, olive trees, fruit trees, bougainvillea and lots of Jasmin which smells wonderful at sunset.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible due to there being daily flights to Ercan from many UK airports. Check in and check out times are generally mid day but we can be flexible dependent upon bookings - please speak to owner.

Outside
There is lots of space around the villa itself. The pool is a 5x10m overflow pool and has a beautiful large, terrace surrounding it with four sun loungers. The terrace outside the kitchen has a wonderful stone table and a large further terrace area with a built in barbeque. The gardens are young but include banana trees, palm trees, olive trees, fruit trees, bougainvillea and yasmin amongst others. The terraces around the house allow for shade or sun to be found at any time of the day.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10 minute drive to the nearest beaches (Diana Beach and Catalkoy Belediye Plaj). Alagadi (or Turtle) Beach is about a 20 minute drive and in the summer months you can see the turtles released into the sea at sunset.
Travel
The nearest airport in Northern Cypurs is Ercan which is approximately 45 minute drive away. However, you can fly to Larnaca, which is in the south (approximately 90 minutes away) and we can organise car hire and transfers. We have an excellent car hire company that we use who offers discounts to our clients.
Distances
The village of Ozankoy is approximately 10 minutes walk away and has a few shops and restaurants and Kyrenia (Girne) which has a beautiful old harbour, castle and many lovely restaurants is about 10 minutes drive away. Lefkosa (the Turkish part of Nicosia which is the capital city) is about 30 minutes drive.
Further details
The nearest large supermarket is LEMAR which is about two miles from the villa towards the sea in Karakum. This is equivalent to a UK CO-OP. We also offer a welcome pack on arrival which includes, tea, milk, bread, water, etc.
Booking notes
Please check availability with owner. We take a 20% deposit on booking and then the whole amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also take a refundable bond of £100 which we hold in case of breakages, etc. This is returned to you at the end of your holiday. We have a local manager who will meet you, hand over the keys and deal with any questions on arrival or problems during your stay.
