Tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in a new complex with swimming pool and fantastic views from the large balcony. 15 minutes walk from the traditional village of Tala with tavernas and supermarket. It is in a quiet location which enables you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos, but still within easy reach by car. 10 minutes drive from the beach and 15 minutes to Paphos or Coral Bay. Golf courses are within reach (approximately 30 minutes drive).

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and patio doors on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and excellent sea views. Both have fully fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Tastefully decorated. |
| Bathrooms: | Large bathroom with power shower and bath. Plenty of cupboard space. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, cooker, hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and all required utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge dining room with TV, video, hi fi, and a large selection of videos (100+) and CDs. Dining table which extends to seat 6 if required. Air conditioning and two ceiling fans. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (including 4 beach towels) and linen are supplied. A cleaning service during your stay is offered if required, but at additional cost. A/C is included which can also doubles as a heater at no extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift service, therefore not suitable for disabled or infirm people. Young children would need to be supervised on the balcony as there are no protective railings (see picture). Private parking space supplied.

Outside
There are a plentiful supply of sun loungers by the shared pool. The apartment itself has seating for 6 at the table, 2 recliners, 2 sun beds and free-standing parasol. Also a gas barbecue is supplied.
Coast/Beach
Vardas with its private beach and 2 restaurants is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and Coral Bay is approximately 5 kms away. Coral Bay beach offers calm shallow waters and is ideal for families with children. It also offers a wide selection of water sports.
Golf
There are 3 courses on Cyprus and all are within easy reach of Tala. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course which is approximately 18kms east of Paphos. This is an award winning 5 star course. It has 18 holes which offer a test of golf from start to finish - a championship standard course. Secret Valley Golf Club 18 holes in a spectacular setting 18km east of Paphos. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6158 metres. Finally Tsada Golf Course which is approximatley 20 minutes from Paphos. 18 holes set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery in a gentle valley. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 metres. It has an altitude of 550 metres above sea level and ensures cool breezes in the summer months.
Skiing
Limited skiing facilities at Troodos, Mount Olympus, during the winter season, January - March.
Travel
Paphos Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive to Tala (20kms). Larnaca Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hrs drive to Tala. Car hire is essential. We can recommend car hire services if required.
Distances
Tala is the nearest village which is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the apartment. Tala Square offers traditional bars and restaurants, together with a small supermarket. Several restaurants offering Western style cuisine are a 5 minute drive away in the village of Kissonerga. A more hectic night life with a large abundance of bars and clubs is offered in Paphos itself, which is a 15 minute drive away. Coral Bay with its own selection of restuarants and bars is a 10 minute drive.

A folder is supplied in the apartment with details of local amenities, restaurants, a local taxi service etc. It also supplies information on places of interest that the owners have visited during their explorations of Cyprus.
