An ideal spot for children as the water is shallow and quite safe. The town of Limas sol is a few kilometres away and Troodos Mountains for walking / hiking and nature lovers are 45 minutes away. The village of Kolossi with its stores and restaurants is ½ mile away. Perfect for visitors who are looking for a holiday away from the hustle and noise of tourism, but with easy access to beauty spots.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are flexible. Villa would be available from 3pm on arrival day. Villa must be vacated by 11am.

The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot & cold central system). A child’s cot is available (travel cot). Please refrain from smoking inside the villa. Extensive fitted wardrobes with hangers in all three bedrooms. Stone tiled throughout. Marble staircase. Modern window blinds.

Outside
There is a large patio area in the front of the house. There is also a terracotta paved patio in the rear by the pool (7.6x4m). A BBQ and dining area adjacent are perfect for evening meals outside. Loungers and umbrella are provided, perfect for sunbathing and siestas alfresco. The house also comes with an unusually large yard for the exclusive use of guests. Terracotta paved patio. Private car park.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10 min drive to Curium beach with its breathtaking cliff top amphitheatre and a 15 min drive to Lady’s Mile Beach with its excellent bathing and large selection of beachside restaurants. Lady’s Mile is an ideal spot for children as the water is shallow and quite safe. The tourist beaches in Limassol are also a 20 min drive away.
Golf
Golf courses are available in Paphos.
Skiing
Cyprus has a well established skiing industry on Troodos Mountains. Facilities are available in the winter months (December – February).
Travel
The villa is approx 60 mins from Larnaca airport and 45 mins from Paphos airport. Car hire is recommended as Cyprus has no public transport system.
Distances
The villa is perfectly located for some of the best beaches on the south of the island. The town of Limassol is a few kilometres away and Troodos Mountains for walking, hiking and nature lovers are 45 mins away.
Further details
The villa is walking distance from one of the best village tavernas. If no one wants to cook there are plenty of options including take-away as well as home-delivery options from local restaurants. Shops are a 5 min drive away and include a pharmacy, a number of bakeries and supermarkets (with English papers). The village has excellent access to the island’s motorway system with a junction on the A1 less than 5 mins away.

Notes on prices: The prices listed above are the cost for the property per week (7 nights). Prices are listed in sterling pounds. Subject to availability you can choose any arrival and departure day and you can stay for as many days as you wish providing the booking is for a minimum of one week. To calculate the cost simply divide weekly charge by 7 and then multiply that amount by the total number of nights you wish to stay. Prices for long-term lets are also available on request.
