Situated on the edge of the village of Psathi. 20 minutes drive to Paphos, coral bay,Polis and Lachi Beach with bars and restaurants and 7 mins from Tsada Golf Club. The villa is situated at Happy Valley, Psathi, which is just 2 mins from neighbouring village Polemi 20 mins drive to Paphos. Ideal for beach, golfing or mountain walking. There is something for everyone. with so many villages within easy reach you can experiece the old traditional ways of life, such as weaving and the old folk on donkeys collecting special herbs for cooking and medicinal purposses or harvesting olives and grapes. Visit monestaries, sample the local wines and take in the stunning views all at your own pace.

Long lets are available by negotiation. We now require all clients to pay a refundable £100 deposit, if for any reason there is damage or breakages to the villa. This deposit will be refunded on close inspection.

Notes on accommodation
The villa interior being open plan has a real mediterranean feel, with traditional exposed pine beam ceilings, solid pine furniture throughout and beautiful stone built fireplace. With a/c in every room and soft cool leather suite in the lounge, it all makes for a spacious but comfortable and homely space to live in.

Outside
Built on an approximate 800sq mtr plot, the outside area offers ample space to lay out and sunbathe, swim and enjoy the stunning views accross Happy Valley nature reserve. The mature gardens and terraces have been designed to offer some areas of total privacy and seclusion for those who enjoy an all over tan. There is a barbecue, sunbeds and shaded gazebo area with a choice of several seating areas to enjoy dining outside. The larger than average pool (9mtrs x 4.5mtrs) can be illuminated at night making the outside area a place to enjoy at any time.
Coast/Beach
Just 20 minutes drive south is the resort of Paphos. Steeped in history, a visit to the Roman ruins with thier fascinating mosaic floors is a must and easy to find at the marina. The tombs of the kings is also worth a visit and if you have ever fancied visiting the pyramids at Egypt, it´s easy and inexpensive to book a trip accross from Paphos. The resort has bars, resturants, clubs and all the usual water sports.
Golf
7 minutes drive to the local Tsada Golf course.
Skiing
Skiing at the Troodos mountains usually between December and February.
Travel
40 minutes drive to Paphos airport,car hire is essential. With several companies based at the airport with online facilities this is easy to pre book or arange on arrival
Distances
2 mins drive to local village of polemi where you will find the Olive tree tavern, Lemonari restuarant and Metochi tavern(a converted monestary in a beautiful setting.) 20 minutes drive north are Polis and latchi. The pretty village square at polis has a lovely feel with it's tavernas restuarants and shops and a walk or drive through the woods brings you onto the beach. Just a 5 minute drive from polis is Latchi which has a beautiful marina with a great choice of restuarants, a must for lunch.
Further details
Tsada golf course ensures cool breezes during summer months. Set in grounds of a 12th century monastery, in a gentle valley. 18 hole championship course, driving range, putting green, pitching, chipping area, restaurant bar, tennis courts, mounting walking is also available.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking, payment by cheque. Late bookings within 8 weeks of departure full payment to be paid at time of booking.
We also now require a £100 refundable deposit for accidental damage-breakages,this will be returned to you on inspection of the villa. This is normal procedure with most other villa owners.
