Anthea Gardens is ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Yeroskipou, a Paphos suburb still oozing with traditional charm, near the Mediterranean coast. It is set in huge private landscaped grounds bordering extensive parkland, providing a serene and pleasant holiday experience amidst restful islands of green. There is a large 27 metre swimming pool with paved surround, sun loungers and parasols; perfect for relaxation. The layout includes open plan living/dining leading out via patio doors to the sunny balcony. The balcony has superb sea and pool views catching the sun between 7am and 6pm. There is an ample kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave; laundry lobby with washing machine; bathroom with WC basin in a marble vanity unit and bath with shower, and one double and one twin room each with large built in wardrobes. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The high windows let in plenty of light and afford splendid views to the generous gardens.

Changeover day
Any changeover day is permissible however if the week occupies two different season tariffs it will be charged at the higher rate.
You may take occupancy of the apartment from 3pm on the day you arrive and vacate the apartment no later than 11am.

Outside
The gardens sit within the complex of apartments and town houses. There is a large private 27m residents swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the use of residents. If you are after peace, tranquillity and sun then you need look no further than the beautifully landscaped gardens of Anthea Gardens.
Coast/Beach
Yeroskipou beach. This is the local beach to the apartment. It can be reached by a short 20 minute walk down quiet country lanes or in a few minute by car. Car parking is free. The white sandy beach is large with loungers and parasols to rent for a day at a small charge of £2. This beach never gets overcrowded! This beach is ideal for the young family with very shallow water protected by a rocky breakwater. It also boasts beach side bars, amusements, beach volleyball courts and water sports.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within 15 minutes of the apartment. Aphrodite Hills is the most recent development and is a challenging championship golf course set on the coastal cliffs above Aphrodites rock. Tsada golf course and Secret Valley golf course are two excellent golf courses to test golfers of all abilities. Green fees vary from £30 to £70 depending upon which course and the season.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains in the winter months from early January to late March on the 6,400ft Mount Olympus. Within 40 minutes you can be sunbathing by the pool again! For information on booking a skiing trip and the condition of the slopes click on skicyprus.com.
Travel
Paphos airport is 10 minutes by car from the apartment.
Distances
A 5 minute walk takes you the centre of Yeroskipou village where there are many shops and cafes. The beach is 5 mins by car or 20 mins walk. The harbour and Paphos main tourist area for shops and restaurants is 10 minutes by car. Aphrodites Rock is 15 mins by car and Aphrodites Baths is 30 mins by car.

Prices quoted are for the apartment per week. Payment is by crossed cheque only, made payable to 'J Wilkes'. A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday: the full payment is non refundable.
If however we are able to re-let your week we will return your payment (including deposit) in full.
