The apartment is very conveniently positioned, to be able to walk to the sea front, harbour etc.
Municipal blue flag beach, 15-20 minutes walk. Water sports.
Coral Bay beach, 10-15 minute drive, by bus or car.
Akamas peninsular, an area of outstanding natural beauty 25-30 minute drive.
Agios Georgios fishing village, 25 minutes by car.
Cyprus is the new jewel in the crown for golfers. There are 3 champion 18 hole golf course par71/72 Tsada Golf Club, just 20 minutes by car from paphos town. Secret Valley golf course east of Paphos, and the new 5 star Aphrodite Hills just a little further on.
Snow Skiing in Cyprus, Mount Olympus-beginning Jan to the end of March.

How to get there
Approximately 20 minute drive from Paphos Airport, 1hrs 30 mins Larnaca Airport.
Car hire is not necessary for this apartment.although an advantage if you would like to explore a field.

Beach, Blue flag 15-20 minute walk.
Eating out in Paphos you will be spoiled for choice. A 5 min. walk will take you to 7 St Georges restaurant famous for meze and its home grown organic veg, chutneys and wine. Also in the vicinity there is another excellent local restaurant and small store.
There is an exciting karting track within minutes of the apartment. Karts range from beginners to very fast for the experienced or brave drivers.
The Paphos water park is only 5 minutes drive. With many water slides and activities for the younger age group. Other Local activities include Diving (you can take your PADI course in 1 week intensive training), There is also para gliding available on the beach.
When visiting the harbour, try a trip on a glass bottom boat, and marvel at the variety of fish. Back on dry land visit say hi to the local Pelicans who live on the harbour side, they are very used to people and quite friendly!!
Tomb of the Kings is well worth a visit, this is a large site, so alllow plenty of time. The historical sites are too many to mention. Guide books are available for you to choose which you would like to visit.
The turtle sanctuary is strictly controlled to protect the baby turtles, and is a lovely place to visit. There is also a bird farm which has daily displays, and a snake house.
For beach babes, head to the golden sands of Coral Bay (about 10 minutes drive). Closer to the apartment is the Municipal beach and cafe which are about 15 minutes stroll or 2 minutes in the car.
In Ktima (old town,) the local market is worth a visit, with plenty of lace and leather at good prices. Stroll through the back streets to see the real Paphos, and enjoy a coffee or a drink in one of the local tavernas.

About the Owner
Paul and I (Tina) live in Romford, Essex. We are a couple that both work fulltime and love great holidays. We bought our apartment off plan in 2003 and took possession in Oct.2004. We use the apartment 4/5 times a year. Where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country. We keep the apartment in great order as its home from home. The people of Cyprus are extremely friendly and make families feel welcome whether its in their shops or restaurants. We are more than happy to tell you more.

Why this location?
We love Cyprus because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport Approximately 20 minute drive away.
