A very comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment, with full air conditioning. The garden, with sea views, enjoys sunshine from early morning until late afternoon. It is fenced off and private, therefore ideal ideal for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. Accommodation comprises an open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area, kingsize double bedroom and bathroom. The patio and garden are accessed by double patio doors leading from the sitting room. The swimming pool area has a large communal freeform pool, showers, changing rooms & toilets, sunbeds, mattresses and umbrellas.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days.
Apartment is available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 12.00pm on day of departure. However, we try to be flexible with times, depending upon other bookings.

| Living Rooms: | Two-seater sofa and three-seater bed-settee, coffee tables, 32" flat screen tv, DVD player, satellite television, stereo system and a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and magazines. Air conditioning unit. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Linen & towels are changed weekly (not beach towels). Cleaning materials, bin bags, toilet rolls and basic toiletries are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is included in the price of the accommodation.
A basic 'Welcome Pack' is included in the price. A full pack is available for £10.00 per couple. Non-smoking. Children welcome.
Outside
The garden area is furnished with reclining chairs/sunbeds, table, chairs and umbrella. There is a charcoal barbecue, (charcoal is provided) a drying area, storage cupboard with brushes, ironing board etc. Parking space is availalable. There is also a large, personal, locked storage room suitable for storing suitcases, bicycles, golf clubs etc.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is approximately 10km from the apartment - a 10 minute drive.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses in the area - Tsada (8km), Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, both within a 20-30 minute drive.
Travel
Paphos Airport is approximately 15km from Tala. The main motorway between Paphos and all the major towns and airports is less than 15 minutes drive.
Distances
Kato Paphos and the harbour area are approximately 5km from Tala. The village centre is a 15-20 minute walk. It is a traditional Cypriot village built around a thriving village square, with several restaurants, tavernas and shops. There are 2 restaurants and several shops, including a bakery, small supermarket and a delicatessan, within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
Further details
Around and about there is a range of activities, go-karts, mini golf, the water park, bird park, aquarium and diving centres. The Akamas National Park and Troodos Mountains are well worth seeing. Also worth a visit are the numerous wineries. There is a folder in the apartment with details of restaurants, places to see, days out. We have contacts with a reputable local car hire company who can offer special rates. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs can also be arranged.

The apartment is managed by a British couple living in Cyprus, and they are happy to help with any queries you may have. For details of availability please phone or email. Deposit of 10% (non refundable) and final payment 1 month prior to arrival.
