Fully air conditioned throughout. Includes a washing machine, TV and DVD player. Only 2 mins walk from the bars, restaurants and amenities of the ‘Tombs of the Kings’ area. The municipal beach is a 10 minute walk where you will find loungers and parasols for hire, toilets and a bar. This beach is lifeguarded. Coral Bay is worth a visit it is approximately 10 miles away with a beautiful beach, watersports, restaurants, and the local bus at the bottom of the road takes you straight there for around £1.00. Old Paphos Town is around 10 mins walk away. The harbour is approx 25 mins walk.

Changeover day
We will always try to be flexible, for later flights home we are happy for you to use the apartment until your departure, unless of course someone is arriving on the same day, if so we would ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00am.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment would suit couples, families and children. Air conditioning units are in both bedrooms and living room.

Outside
There is a shared enclosed pool with sunbathing area. Sun loungers are kept inside the lock-up at the side of the pool, there is also plenty of room should you choose to store your suitcases until your departure.

Coast/Beach

Golf
There are three courses within 20 mins drive of the apartment. Around 17km east of Paphos there is Aphrodite Hills golf course which is a championship course, par 72. Around 18km east of Paphos, a little further on, is Secret Valley Course, Par 72. Then up towards the mountains around 15km away is Tsada Golf Club. Par 72.

Skiing
The Troodos Mountains are approx 1 hour's drive away. You will find skiing in the winter months. There are four slopes which range from beginners to advanced. It is possible to rent ski equipment at the ski shop if you are there early.

Travel
The apartment is 15 mins drive from Paphos Airport and 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. As the apartment is centrally located, car hire is not always necessary unless of course you intend to explore the island. Car hire tends to be for a minimum of 3 days, so its worth planning your trips around this. Local buses stop nearby to Paphos Old Town and Markets, the Harbour area and onto the Waterpark, and also to Coral Bay, every 20 mins. Airport transfers can be arranged and are payable locally.

Distances
Old Paphos Town is around 10 mins walk away. The harbour is approx 25 mins walk. Bars and restaurants are a 2 mins walk. Within the harbour area there is a fort which is lit up at night. In the same area there is a museum containing early mosaics.

Booking notes
To secure your booking we will require £50 sterling per week, non-refundable. The remaining balance paid eight weeks prior to departure. Bookings taken within six weeks of departure will be paid in full. We also ask for a £100 security deposit, which is returnable.
NB. Christmas period will be charged at a higher rate of £275. per week. But still remains subject to occupancy supplement.

Hi, We're a married couple living in South Wales with a teenage daughter and 4 year old son. We have been travelling to Cyprus for a number of years and chose this beautiful Island as our escape to the Sun!!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We came across the project to build this property and jumped at it, due to the smaller size of the complex compared to others being built at the time, and the ideal location and fantastic views it would have to offer. Location puts you in a slightly more residential area, but only a 2-3 minute walk from the Tombs of the Kings Road with all the Restaurants and bars, and main bus route. Within easy reach of everything . We think the location is perfect!!

Unique benefits of the property
The Location is perfect between the beach, restaurants and our veiws of the Sea and mountains nothing could be better than sitting out on the balconey watching the Sun slip down into the waves, heavenly!!
